Cliftonville Lodge Resort

We are located at Lower Portland, on the beautiful Hawkesbury River, just a 60 minute drive north west of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and 20 minutes from Wisemans Ferry. Cliftonville has great water skiing conditions, with its own beach, easy boat ramp access, idyllic scenery, roomy comfortable budget accommodation in fully self contained 2 Bedroom cedar cabins & friendly, helpful staff. Terms & Conditions

Rates: Are valid until 30th September, 2022.
Peak Season:
- 15th December to 14th January - 4 night minimum applies.
- Easter and all long weekends (except June long weekend) - 3 night minimum applies.
Shoulder Season:
- 1 October to 30th April (excluding long weekends and peak season).
Low Season:
- 1st May to 30th September.
All Public Holidays and long weekends are based on NSW State published dates.
Deposit:
When making your reservation please ensure you have sufficient funds available on your credit card as 100% of the first night will be processed upon receipt of the booking.
- Peak times, 50% of the total cost of the booking will be processed (your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received).
- Outside Peak times, one night room rate is required at the time of reservation.
One Night Stays: A $30 surcharge applies to all bookings for one night stays.
All prices quoted on the website are for minimum stays of two nights or more.
A 1.7% surcharge applies to all credit cards.
Guests are required to supply their own linen, blankets, towels etc. Bedding and towels may be hired at a cost of $15 per person.
Check-out is 10am on day of departure.
Check-in time is from 2pm.
Rooms are not serviced and are therefore guests responsibility.
Any person(s) found to be creating excessive noise will be evicted without refund.
Your credit card is security on the room and will be charged for any damage to property, stains on carpets, curtains or furnishings etc.
Guests may bring their own sports equipment, tennis rackets, balls etc. However, rackets, tennis balls, soccer and rugby balls can be hired for a nominal fee.
Floor heaters are not permitted at any time.
Sorry, NO PETS.
Management accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or accident to any persons or property.
Children are the responsibility of parents or guardians and must be supervised at all times.

Extra Persons
Prices quoted are for a maximum of 4 persons. For extra persons, a charge of $25 per person applies.

Payment Policy

Balance of Account is to be paid on arrival. EFTPOS and cash are acceptable forms of payment. Credit card surcharge applies.

Cancellation Policy

OUTSIDE PEAK TIMES
Cancellation within 14 DAYS of the arrival date will incur a fee of 100% of the first night. If outside this period, your payment will be refunded less a $25 administration fee.

Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a fee of the total tariff.

CHRISTMAS SCHOOL HOLIDAYS & LONG WEEKENDS
Cancellation within 30 DAYS for all bookings during Christmas School Holidays and Long Weekends will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the booking. If outside this period, your payment will be refunded less a $25 administration fee.

Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a fee of the total tariff.
