Clonmara Country House & Cottages
Clonmara Cottages are located in Port Fairy, on the corner of Albert Road and the Princes Highway, just a two minute drive or a leisurely fifteen minute walk to the centre of town.
Clonmara offers a choice of either the main Country House that is ideal for families or groups travelling together, the Stone Cottage which is linked to the Country House and can be added to create more accommodation together plus our four independently located cottages. The garden cottages and farm cottages are set apart from each other and nestled in delightful gardens with the far cottages also overlooking grassy paddocks with our own pet alpacas happily grazing.
CHILD POLICY: Please note that in the Country House we are able to cater for four children under 16 years in our bunk room and in the Farm Cottages or Stone Cottage no children but a portacot for infants at an additional charge of $15 per stay.
Phone ahead if you are going to be later than 7.00pm for check-in and make after hours arrangements for key collection.

The Country House Standard
The Country House Standard Prenota
Stay in our gorgeous 1860's Country House any day of the week - with beautiful period character throughout, this well known house is a piece of Port Fairy Heritage.
Indulge yourself and family with two living rooms both equipped with smart TV's with access to netflix, along with a pot belly gas fire in one room and an open fire in the other.
A chefs kitchen awaits with commercial sized gas cooker, double dish drawer washer, ample bench and cupboard space in the fully equipped kitchen (including basic provisions) and an AC unit.
For the bedrooms - three queen bedrooms with top quality goose quilts & electric blankets await you. One of the queens has a split system and en-suite facilities that also provide dual access for other guests and a separate toilet. The third queen bedroom has a set of small bunks for kids, (kids aged up to 12 ideally).
The second bathroom is located out under the verandah and features spa bath with shower over, toilet and full laundry facilities.
Use of the west facing courtyard for outdoor entertaining are yours, along with ample parking, free wifi access, netflix and basic Foxtel subscription. The whole of the gardens and grounds are also available for your enjoyment and alpaca feed is available if you want to feed them in the back paddocks.

Our pet friendly Garden Cottage features queen bed, air-conditioning, kitchenette, private garden area, luxury bathroom with double spa bath and walk-in shower, 32inch LCD TV/DVD and gas pot belly fire. We offer free off street parking and wi -fi access.
The pet friendly cottage has a small private fenced area. A pet bed can be provided if requested with booking.
Compact, inside at night, "spoilt" dogs on leads only. Dogs not to be left alone outside. No 'barkers' please.
Please note that we can accomodate an infant in a portacot at $15 additional charge.
No rooms are serviced daily at Clonmara.

Termini e condizioni
CHILD POLICY: we are able to cater for children under 16 years in the Country House in the bunk room and in the chalets or Stone Cottage no children but we can provide a portacot for infants at an additional $15 charge per stay. There are pot belly gas fires in the living rooms, an open fire in the Country House so guests must understand they always supervise children to prevent them burning themselves.
NON SMOKING: To protect the integrity of our non-smoking policy, Clonmara Country House and Cottages will charge an additional night’s accommodation if smoke odour is detected after guest departure.
DAMAGE: Non-accidental or negligent damage caused by a guest to the accommodation will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest, to the cost of the repair.
RISK: We are based in a country style setting with farm animals, if guests wish to feed or stroll through the farm area they acknowledge they do so at their own risk and will supervise any children. We also request that any dirty boots/shoes from the farm area are removed before entering the accommodation.

PAYMENT POLICY: Full payment will only be charged on day of check in unless by prior arrangement to the credit card provided at the time of reservation.
Politiche di cancellazione
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that the Peak Christmas period, (20 Dec - 05 Jan) Port Fairy Folk Festival weekend & Holiday Weekends are non refundable bookings once made.
Reservations at other times if cancelled with more than 30 days notice are fully refundable.
In the event of cancellation between 30 and 7 days notice of arrival will incur a 1 night cancellation fee.
In the event of cancellation within 1 week or a no show will forfeit the full booking value.
If you cancel your reservation by email/phone, it is only a request to cancel. Your reservation is not cancelled until you have received written confirmation from us. In the case of a dispute, this cancellation must be provided.
