CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
• Check-in time is from 2:00pm
• Check-out time is by 11:00am
• A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in

EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE
• Should you arrive at the Hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Manager for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available
• Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level
• Please check with the Manager at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12pm to 6pm and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6pm.

RATES
• The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates
• Rates quoted are in Indonesian Rupiah
• Rate quoted is for up to 2 adults
• A 10% Government Tax & 5% service charge is included in your room price
• Children who are 6 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult
• In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so

EXCHANGE RATES
Exchange rates are applicable at the time of reservation but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay. There might be a slight difference between the rate shown here.

Clove Tree Hill will not be held liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with your occupancy, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, pandemic, epidemic, or hazardous weather. In such circumstances Clove Tree Hill will find a solution that benefits you which may include non-refundable payments remaining valid for future bookings*.

DISCLAIMER
Clove Tree Hill will not be held responsible for any expenses that occur by accident or injury during your stay at the resort, including transfers to & from the resort and any activities arranged by Clove Tree Hill.

MOBILITY
• You will require a reasonable degree of physical mobility to enjoy Clove Tree Hill
• Access to all villas involves some steps, and the pathways can become slippery after heavy rainfall
• Our property is not suitable for wheelchair access

PARKING
Free parking is available on site - please check for availability.

TRANSPORT
• Please let us know if you would like a pick up and / or drop off 48 hours before arrival, so we can arrange a driver for you
• Please Note: Due to our remote location many drivers get lost coming here so we highly recommend using our drivers to save you extra time & costs
