Terms & Conditions

Upon payment of your stay you agree that you are fully responsible for any accident or injuries to you or your horse, yourself or your property while you are staying with us. You agree to pick up all of your horse poo from any of the property and do a paddock clean up before you leave. If this is not done, you will be charged a $50.00 clean up fee.

Cancellation Policy

Individual reservations
All Cancellations are to be made in writing to Coastal Retreat via our email.
Cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the day of arrival will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations received between 48 hours and 7 days of the day of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay.
Cancellations received within 48 hours of the day of arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
A ‘no show’ will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total stay.

Force Majeure
Coastal Retreat will not be in any breach of this agreement or in any way liable if it is prevented from complying with the supply of accommodation and other related services by reasons of Pandemic, Act of God, Act of Public Enemy, War, Earthquake, Riot, Storm, Flood, Explosion, Compliance with any law of Government restraining Order, Rule regulations, Strikes, Lockouts, or any other cause not reasonably within the control of the hotel.
