Please note that there is a 3% processing charge when you pay with a credit card.

Payment Policy

Kindly note as per our booking conditions we will process your deposit of 30% to confirm your booking. If your reservation is within 30 days of your arrival the total costs will be debited from your credit card. In case of cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, the 30% deposit paid is refundable.

30 days prior to your arrival, we will process the balance of your total costs, this will include

-Total cost of accommodation
-Total cost of Compulsory Meal Plans at FJD$140.00 per person per day (please note that your meal plan starts at lunch on your booking arrival date)
-3% credit card transaction fee

Please kindly note that we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (4% fee) or if more convenient for you, cash (Fijian Dollars) during your stay with us on the island.

(Please note, the resort has a compulsory meal plan that needs to purchased with the accommodation rate which is included in your final balance)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notice must be received in writing by email, the receipt of which needs to be verified and acknowledged by Coconut Beach Resort.

More than 30 days - free cancellation.

Less than 30 days - 100% cancellation fee. No penalties will apply to change of dates caused by travel restrictions.

No show or days not used due to early departure - 100% cancellation fee.

Please keep in mind your international flight arrival and departure times for connecting transfer services to and from the Yasawa Islands. Coconut Beach Resort is accessible via the Yasawa Flyer ferry transfer which departs once every morning from Denarau at 8:45am only and from Tavewa Island at 1:30pm, arriving at Denarau at approximately 6:00pm. If choosing to use one of the two seaplane transfer services to and from mainland Fiji, the latest flight times both seaplane companies offer is 3pm, however this is subject to availability.

We highly recommend if you are travelling to the Fiji islands that you purchase some form of travel insurance and that you are fully covered should any unforeseen circumstances occur. The resort cannot provide refunds for accommodation, meals or transfers if the circumstances are beyond our control.
