No Smoking, no pets. Please clean up after yourselves. Check out is strickly 10 am unless approved prior to check-in.
Payment Policy
A deposit equal to the first night of the reservation is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance of the accommodation costs is due on arrival.
Payments can be made via credit card or EFT. Bank details can be provided on request.
Credit card surcharges are applicable for all credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated in the rate description, the following cancellation policy applies for all reservations made with Copacabana Shores.
1. Free cancellation is available up until 3 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in time forfeit the deposit for the first night.
High Demand Cancellation policy - Long weekends and School Holidays
Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in time forfeit the deposit of the first night.
Peak Period Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for cancellations during Peak Periods.
The following are listed as Peak Periods each year.
Good Friday – Easter Monday (3 night minimum)
Christmas Holidays and New Year Holidays 20 December to 31 January (minimum stay requirements may be in place).
2. Cancellation Procedure:
Guests are required to notify Copacabana Shores of any cancellations as soon as possible.

3. Modification Policy:
Modifications to reservations, including changes to dates or room types, are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
4. No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Government housing stays for greater than one night will incur a penalty of the first 2 nights for a “No Show”.
