- Standard Nightly Rates listed prices are for 2 guests, extra guests to be pre-booked (1-2 extra guests only), +$50 per person per night

- Standard self check-in via key safe lock is from 3.00 pm - early check-in requests prior to 1.00 pm require additional night to be booked
- Standard self check-out is by 11.00 am
- Cancellation Policy applies - see Cancellation Policy
- Refundable Security Deposit $1000 - upfront payment to confirm booking and as bond - charges will be deducted for damage, theft, extra cleaning, evidence of smoking on property or expenses incurred to host due to guest behaviour or activities -100% refunded within 7 days of check-out, if cottage returned 100% intact as provided on check-in, and no additional cleaning beyond standard cleaning required
- Covid-Safe Policy according to changing Govt. issued guidelines will be put in place, and required to be followed by guests, depending on changing circumstances, and will be advised prior to check-in date, (Covid Double Vacs docs and Negative Covid Test (RAT OK) prior to checkin may be required depending on changing Govt. regulations and will be advised in advance of check-in day

- Housekeeping fee per booking $150 - Covid safe cleaning process followed according to Govt. changing policies

- No children (under 10 yrs), no infants and no pets
- No extra stay over guests not part of the booking

Payment Policy
- Full payment on confirmation of booking required including refundable security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
