Country Mile Motor Inn

The Country Mile offers clean and comfortable motel accommodation. We are the closest motel to the town centre of Forbes and away from the highway.

All of our ground floor rooms are spacious with air conditioning, electric blankets, 40" SMART TV's (Kayo Sport, Netflix, Stan enabled) and Free WIFI to suit the business or leisure traveller. We also have a disability accessible room.

The staff at the motel are also the owners of the motel so you can be assured that you will receive quality country hospitality when you stay at the Country Mile Motor Inn

Terms & Conditions

COVID POLICY: We adhere to and are subject to current NSW GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS which are constantly changing due to Covid. We have the right to refuse your accommodation on arrival with no refund should you be travelling in breach of the Restrictions. You are required to give 48hrs notice for free of charge cancellation. Should you be showing any symptoms prior to or on day of arrival, please phone ahead and discuss your options with our staff.
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result.

CHECK IN: is available from 2pm. Please call ahead to arrange either an early or late check in, subject to availability and not guaranteed unless approved by management.
CHILD POLICY: All Children welcome using existing bedding only. Sorry no Cots available.

DEPOSIT POLICY: A deposit of one nights tariff is required during peak seasons. Full payment is then required one month from arrival date. A deposit will also be required in the case of multiple room bookings and stays of 3 or more nights within peak and non-peak seasons.

BOND POLICY: A $200 cash bond is required and payable on arrival when paying with a Debit Card.

NO-SHOW POLICY: If you do not arrive on the date of your booking, then the full nights tariff will be charged/payable.

OTHER POLICIES: All rooms are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING as are outside the rooms. We have 2 designated smoking areas. A fee of AUD$500 will be incurred if not adhered to. We have a STRICT NO PARTY policy. Any disruption to other guests and staff will not be tolerated and will result in your stay being cancelled and removed from the premises(fees apply/no refunds given). Pool hours/rules are to be adhered to. We ask that all those visiting guests at the motel leave by 9pm.

Payment Policy

Payment required on arrival during Standard Period bookings.
Full Payment is required 30Days from arrival date if booked stay is during a Peak Period. Group bookings to contact motel for Payment Policy.
Credit cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard Only.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
STANDARD PERIOD - 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 48hrs will be charged full amount.
PEAK PERIOD- 30 Days notice prior to arrival date is required. Should you cancel your reservation within the months timeframe then the full tariff is payable/non-refundable (per room) unless we are able to re-sell the room. GROUP BOOKINGS - should contact motel for Group cancellation policy.

NON-REFUNABLE BOOKING- Once booked, full payment will be taken and no refund will be issued. You may transfer booking name only. Original dates must remain.
