Please do not hesitate to contact for late arrivals or check-in procedures.
Guests are required to provide valid credit card details on booking.
Immediate eviction and cleaning fees apply for rule breaches:
No smoking in guest rooms please.
Pets and animals are prohibited on the premises, with exception of Sight and Hearing assistance dogs.
Fees chargeable to your credit card include:
Room degradation (Smoking, cooking, animals, additional cleaning after improper use of linen or the likes, etc.) a minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged. Plus any professional cleaning charges at cost, in addition a daily room tariff will be charged for any down time where the room would otherwise be sold until available to be reopened.
Cost of repair or replacement for damaged or stolen property, or any problem sufficient to result in a room being withdrawn from sale.
Guests are expected to be respectful of others and property at all times.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the 2pm check-in on day of arrival will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the day of arrival check-in
time (2pm) will incur one nights accommodation fee.
No shows are subject to one nights accommodation fee.
Group bookings of 1 night, require a 48 hour cancellation.
Extended Group Bookings require 3 days notice.
