General
~ Maximum two (2) adults per room per night. For an extra person(s), please refer to our child/extra person policy.
~ Smoking is not allowed inside the villa at all times.
~ Guests are permitted to walk to the beach but do so at their own risk.
~ Sorry, pets are not allowed in the premises.
~ The minimum age for bookings or reservations is 21 years.
~ Guests must keep the premises and all furniture’s fixtures fittings and furnishings clean and in good order at all times.

Child Policy & Extra Bed Policy
~ Cove55 welcomes families with Children. Guests are required to comply with our child policy
~ Extra Bed is required for guests aged 6 years & above.
~ One (1) extra bed only is allowed in Cove Classic room category.
~ Two (2) extra beds are allowed in Uber Shack & Luxe Hut room category.
~ RM 90.00 nett per bed per night inclusive of breakfast.
~ Guests are not allowed to bring their own sleeping bag, comforter / mattress into the premise. If found by the management, guests will be charged RM180 per item.
~ Guests are not allowed to lift the divan in their respective rooms. If found by the management, guests will be charged the hotel’s rack rate/published rate.

Visitors
~ Only the named guests are permitted to use or stay in the property. If you are expecting visitors, you must let us or our representatives know.
~ All visitors will be subject to security screening. Particulars of every visitor, vehicle registration number, time and purpose of entering the premises and the person they intended to visit will be recorded.
~ Visitors are required to leave some personal ID with the security personnel before entry to the villa is allowed.
~ Guests must inform the security in advance their likely guests or invitees by furnishing relevant details in order to avoid inconvenience
~ All visitors must leave the property by midnight and sign out when leaving the premises.
~ Visitors are not allowed to use the villa facilities.

Food & Beverage
~ We do take into consideration that Cove55 does not currently have a full-fledged restaurant to cater our guests. Therefore, we do provide an “in-villa” dining / food delivery service from our carefully selected vendors nearby.
~ Guests are not allowed to bring outside kitchen utensils such as Steamboat, BBQ Pit etc. into the premise.
~ Guests are not allowed to cook in the premise. However, guests are allowed to bring light snacks only.

Use of amenities and recreation facilities
~ BBQ area is provided with BBQ pit and can be booked for use at a surcharge through the Front Desk.
~ Booking of BBQ pit must be done at least 24 hours before usage.
~ Guests are only allowed to bring HALAL food for the usage of BBQ pit.
~ Guests must ensure that this area is kept clean and tidy after each usage
~ Swimming in the pool at your own risk
~ No lifeguard will be on duty and guests and their visitors swim at their own risk.
~ Landscaped garden at the surrounding area is aesthetically designed for the common enjoyment of all guests within the premises. Please do not throw, litter, remove or cause damage to the lawn and any plant, garden equipment and garden lighting.

Nuisance & social functions
~ Please respect the peace and tranquility of the neighbourhood.
~ Musical instruments, TV, sound equipment are to be operated at a reasonable volume at all times
~ Guests are not allowed to sit on balcony parapet walls or on window ledge for their own safety
~ Strict rules apply to the usage of COVE55 for events /social gatherings / parties.
~ Guests who intend to hold events /social gatherings / parties must give notice to the management at least 7 days in advance.
~ Shall COVE55 Management agree to permit an event /social gathering / party to be held anywhere in the premises or grounds of the villa, an event fee, will apply.
~ All events /social gatherings / parties held at COVE55 villa during the rental period must comply with the guidelines laid down by the Villa Management.
~ These guidelines will be provided to you if you inform us that you wish to hold an event /social gathering / party at the villa.
~ Any breach of these guidelines by you as the hirer, or your invitees or guests or by any event organiser may result in cancellation of your booking and/or termination of the rental contract.
~ Normal bookings are for vacation purposes and you, as the hirer, or any of your guests cannot hold an event /social gathering / party at the said villa without obtaining prior written approval from COVE55 Management.
~ Functions should not be held later than 11pm to avoid inconvenience to other guests and the neighbourhood. Loud music should stop by 10pm
~The usage of fireworks & firecracker are strictly prohibited in the premise.

Security
~ The villa is provided with 24hours security service with periodical patrolling in and around the premises. In case of emergency please contact the management or the security officers on duty.
~ Security personnel are responsible for only the general security of the area, monitoring of guests/visitors, controlling of traffic and use of the villa, its facilities and common areas.
~ Security personnel are empowered to carry out security checks on anyone and may detain any person whether guests or otherwise found to have committed an offense or causing nuisance within boundary of
the Cove55. Such persons so detained shall be evicted from the villa area or handed over to the police for appropriate action
~ For safety of all guests, security cameras (CCTV) have been installed at certain strategic locations as an added security measure, and monitored by our security personnel at all times.
~ Illegal activities – the management in ensuring the dignity of the premises is maintained at all times, will not hesitate to evict anyone, whether guests or otherwise, if it discovers that the premises is being used for any illegal or unlawful or immoral purposes/activities such as the operation of brothels, gambling dens, harbouring of illegal immigrants, drugs etc.
~ Liability for damage - all guests shall be liable for all costs and expenses incurred by or on behalf of the management to repair any part of the building, repair or replace any furniture, fixtures and fittings and furnishes , fabric, linen etc, if such damage or destruction is caused by or contributed to by the guest or their visitors and invitees.

Housekeeping
~ Daily housekeeping is provided. Linens are changed every 2-3 days and towels are changed on as-needed basis (simply place towels on the floor if you wish them to be replaced). Please ask Front Desk if you would like your linens changed more often, if you require additional towel or if you have any other housekeeping request.
~ Pool towels are available at the pool area for your convenience.

Check-in and check-out
~ Reception operating hours is 9 am to 5pm. Please contact us if your expected time of arrival beyond this hours.
~ Standard check in time is 2pm and check out time is at 12noon. The time difference will be used by the villa staff to make up the room that will be occupied by the next guests. In case of a check out delay up to 6pm, a charge of 50% of the rates will be applied. Guests checking out later than 6pm will be charged a full day rate.
~ For security reasons, guests will be issued with only 1 set of key upon check in
~ House key must be returned to the Front Desk upon check-out
~ There will be a charge of RM 100 per key for any loss of key.

Fogging
~ Fogging is done on a monthly basis to ensure mosquito are kept at bay. We realise that the experience is unpleasant but we ensure you that it is not harmful. We apologise for the inconvenience.

To make your stay at COVE 55 as comfortable as possible, it is very important that you familiarize yourself fully with the below information and house rules.

Payment Policy

Full Payment is required upon booking.

Cove55 only hold bookings for 24 hours and the bookings will be released if there is no payment received thereafter. Please acknowledge or e-mail your payment receipt once payment is made and present the original copy to our reception upon check-in as proof of payment.
