Terms & Conditions
All guests are liable for damage to property incurred during their stay. Sea Sea Hotel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to goods, including from theft.
Guests are advised to lock their rooms and secure their belongings inside of Save Deposit Box.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Our check-out time is at 11am and check-in time is at 2pm. Late check-out is based on the availability and chargeable, please contact Guest Service for an arrangement.
ROOM KEYS
All hotel guests will be provided with one room key. Kindly ensure to personally return your room keys to the reception upon the conclusion of your stay. A fee of $20.00 per lost key will be applied.
TAXIS / TRANSPORT
Kindly reach out to our Guest Service to pre-arrange your transport.
PARKING
Our guests are provided with a limited number of on-site parking spaces. If you have any questions regarding parking, please reach out to our Guest Service. For large group bookings, our Guest Service can arrange group collections from designated drop-off points. Feel free to inquire for more details.
PET POLICY
To ensure the comfort and convenience of all our guests, we kindly request that pets are not permitted in any of our guest rooms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a pleasant environment for everyone.
SMOKING POLICY
All Sea Sea Hotel Rooms are non-smoking room. Any guests smoking in rooms will be charged a cleaning fee of $200.
Payment Policy
All reservations would require 50% deposit to secure your booking arrangement, while the rest of payment would need to settle during check in time.
Any incidental will be charged upon check out.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 days prior to your arrival date at no charge.
Cancellations WITHIN 30 days of your arrival date, the paid deposit is non-refundable.
Written notification must be provided for all cancellations.
