There’s everything from traditional pub rooms and en-suite luxury through to a self contained apartments. For those on a budget there’s a selection of Traditional pub rooms situated along the hall. For a special atmosphere, choose one of our Verandah Rooms with french doors opening out onto a huge Victorian verandah situated right on the main verandah front. Our traditional pub rooms and Verandah Rooms all have shared bathrooms, ceiling fans, wardrobes, soap and towels. The Princess Suite and Apartment are our most luxurious rooms and offer free wifi, air-conditioning, televisions, fridges, tea and coffee facilities, soap and towels. The Princess Suite is 43 square metres in size and offers an ensuite and separate living area . The Apartment is 72 square metres in size and the room highlights include a private bathroom, separate lounge, separate entrance and allocated carport space.
Please note our accommodation is over 2 floors and there is no lift.
The Criterion Hotel Warwick Restaurant is open Monday to Saturday serving traditional pub classics such as salt and pepper calamari, chicken schnitzel and sausages with gravy. Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

The Apartment is equipped with an airconditioned bedroom and lounge, 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed in the bedroom, bedside tables, bedside lamps, large floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes, arm chair, mirrored bedroom duchess, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, clothes dryer, equipped, breakfast bar, kitchen: tea & coffee making facilities, soap and towels, toaster, 4 soup burner, oven, fridge/freezer, elegant dining and lounge area with TV, 2 lounge suites, coffee table, dining table, chairs and book case. There is also a separate entrance and allocated carport space.

Terms & Conditions
Criterion Warwick OP CO Pty Ltd Criterion Hotel Warwick (“Hotel”) of Palmerin St Warwick QLD 4370
1. You have read, understood, and agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to your stay at the Hotel.
2. You must check out of your Hotel rooms by 10:00 am on your check out date and return any keys and security cards to the Hotel reception or another location nominated by the Hotel.
3. You are personally liable for and must pay the Hotel on demand any additional costs, fees, expenses, damages and charges associated with:
Any goods and services that you or your guests or invitees consume or use at the Hotel.
Keeping any Hotel rooms empty to facilitate a late check-out time requested by you.
You or your guests departing your Hotel rooms after the confirmed check out time.
Any no-show or late cancellations of your booking, in full or part, in accordance with the cancellation conditions specific to your booking.
Any loss or damage to any part of the Hotel caused by you or your guests or invitees.
Any loss, damage or injury caused by you or your guests or invitees to any other persons or property owned by other persons.
Replacing lost or unreturned keys or security cards.
Any additional time Hotel housekeeping is required to clean your Hotel rooms due to smoking, extra cleaning, furniture rearrangement, unreasonable mess, illness, violence, or abuse of in-rooms furniture or equipment.
Additional persons staying in your Hotel rooms not covered by your reservation.
Any costs arising from the activation of the Hotel fire alarm system, due to improper or negligent activity in your Hotel room or any part of the Hotel by you or your guests or invitees. Such activity may include, but is not limited to, smoking within your Hotel room or any part of the Hotel that does not clearly state that smoking is permitted, or causing excess steam within your Hotel room by showering with your bathroom door open.
4. You are responsible for paying all charges, applicable Hotel rooms rate(s), and any associated fees in connection with all Hotel rooms covered by your reservation (whether or not you are staying in your Hotel rooms) and the actions of all your guests and invitees (including any charges that your guests and invitees cause).
5. You must pay us all charges for which you are responsible at the time of your departure (unless we agree to alternative payment terms in writing or otherwise seek payment on an interim basis). If any charges remain outstanding after your departure (or any alternative payment period), we will have the right to add such charges to your account or charge such charges to any credit card associated with your reservation or account.
6. Settlement of your account via credit card may incur additional credit card transaction fees, including merchant fees, at your cost.
7. You must advise the Hotel of any change in the number of persons staying in any Hotel rooms covered by your reservation which change the Hotel must approve in its discretion and subject to any conditions the Hotel may wish to impose.
8. Any commercial or promotional activity by you or your guests or invitees is not permitted anywhere within the Hotel without the prior written approval of the Hotel’s management.
9. Any money, jewellery, or other valuables, goods, or vehicles (“Possessions”) that you or any of your guests or invitees bring into any part of the Hotel remain your responsibility and:
The Hotel is not responsible for their safekeeping; and
Neither you nor any of your guests or invitees will make any claim against the Hotel for any damage or loss to those Possessions, regardless of how or where the loss or damage occurred and you will indemnify us against.
10. You and each of your guests and invitees must comply with all Hotel policies provided or otherwise notified to you from time to time.
11. The Hotel grants you and your guests covered by your reservation a licence to stay in the Hotel for the dates of your reservation as specified above provided that we may terminate that licence at any time in our sole and absolute discretion without providing any reason without any obligation to pay you compensation or damages. You agree that this licence does not grant you any tenancy, residential or other rights under any landlord or tenancy laws in relation to any Hotel rooms and that the Hotel rooms you occupy is temporary accommodation only and not your principal residence.
12. Notwithstanding these Terms and Conditions, the Hotel has the right to exercise, enforce and comply with any requirements, rights and obligations set out in or provided by any liquor licence or other regulatory licence that the Hotel holds.
13. You have obtained the permission from all individuals for whom you are submitting personal information, and you, and any individual for whom you are submitting personal information, consent to the processing of such personal data in accordance with the Hotel’s privacy policy which is located on the Hotel’s website.
14. By signing these Terms and Conditions, you authorise the Hotel and its related bodies corporate to collect, process, and use any information that you provide to Waymark Hotels (including any personal information, whether about you or another individual) for any lawful, business-related purpose and to store and transmit such information in accordance with the Hotel’s Privacy Policy which is located on the Hotel’s website.
15. You occupy the Hotel rooms at your sole risk and agree to indemnify the Hotel and its staff against any liability, loss, or expense (including legal costs) arising from personal injury, illness or death that you incur during your stay at the Hotel, whether or not caused by the actions or omissions of the Hotel.
16. You waive and release the Hotel from any claims against the Hotel and its staff for any damages or liabilities related to your stay at the Hotel or use of the Hotel's facilities however occurring
17. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State in which the Hotel is located.
Payment Policy
* Best Available Rates: a refundable deposit of the full amount of the first night is required at time of booking. If you depart early, the below cancellation policy applies to any nights you wish to cancel.
* Non-refundable Rates: a non-refundable deposit of the full amount of the stay is required at time of booking. This includes Book Today & Save, Stay 2 & Save and Stay 3 & Save.
We accept MasterCard and Visa. Cash payments are also accepted, however, a valid credit card is still required upon check-in to cover any incidentals or damage.
A credit card surcharge of 1.5% applies to all credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
* Best Available Rates: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Booking cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the check in date and time will not incur any fees or charges and will be eligible for a full refund. Booking cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the check in date and time will incur a charge for the first night stay.
* Hot Deal: Non-refundable Rates. Require full pre-payment with no changes or refunds permitted.
* Special Events: Requires full pre-payment with no changes or refunds permitted. A minimum 2-night stay is required unless otherwise stated.
