Payment Policy
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
• A deposit is required to be paid at time of booking
• Deposits can be paid by credit card (Visa/mastercard only) or by international transfer
• Booking confirmation will be made upon receipt of payment
• The balance is required to be paid 14 days before arrival
Cancellation Policy
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
• 45 days prior to arrival or more, no fee applies
• 15 to 44 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount owing will be charged
• 7 to 14 days prior to arrival, 75% of the total amount owing will be charged
• 6 days prior to arrival or No Show = 100% non-refundable
• Cancellation will be confirmed by return communication
