*The first nights accommodation charges will be deducted from your credit card as a deposit . The balance is payable on arrival.
*1.5% surcharge per credit card transaction. If you wish to transfer payment into the Bank Account, Please call to arrange.
*Check in is between 2pm and 8pm. If earlier or later check in is required, please phone for availability on the day of arrival. Fees will apply.
*Check out is 10am. If a late check out is requested , please contact the office to check availability and fees.
*Pets are not permitted in this Motel.Please visit Shoalhaven.com for Pet Friendly accommodation.
*One Car Space is Provided per unit. No visitor Parking is available on site.
*All damage or additional cleaning charges will be made to the Guests Credit Card.
*No Smoking regulations apply within 4 metres from any entry or exit doorways and Strictly NO Smoking in rooms.
*Noise restrictions apply in Residential area . No refund will be given if clients are asked to leave due to noise issues or breaching Motel Rules.
*Rooms are Semi Self Contained, therefore serviced on a WEEKLY basis,with a mid week tidy. Daily room tidy can be arranged for a daily fee, please arrange at time of booking.
* We are more than happy to assist with any other requests please inquire on booking.
*Due to Fire prevention policy - we can not accommodate extra people in rooms (no more Heads than Beds)
*Please note that on check-in, the number of guests should not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking confirmation, otherwise additional charges may apply for extra guests present on check-in. The property will attempt to accommodate additional guests, however where the property cannot accommodate extra guests, the booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

* Cancellation of accommodation will attract a $35 administration fee.
* If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of check in date and time, the amount equal to one nights accommodation will be charged.
*During Peak Season Times, Christmas/New Year, Long Weekends, Easter. 14 days notice prior to check in date and time is required for Cancellations, otherwise a full nights accommodation is charged.
*100 % of the Accommodation booking will be charged for a No Show.
