- Swimming pool is not available every Monday for maintenance
- Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms.

Check in and Check out Time
- Standard check in time at 2pm, check out at 12noon.
- Check-in time ends at 10:00 PM ( Philippine Time )
- Early check in or late check out will incur half day charge

Check in Procedure :
Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. There is no front desk at this property. There is no after-hours reception at this property. Guests arriving late won't be able to check in until the next morning. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival.

Parking :
Private parking is available on site (reservation is needed) and costs PHP 300 per day.

Security Deposit
A refundable Security Deposit will be required. Any damage or repair cost to the unit will be deducted from the Security Deposit, upon check out.

• If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
