Terms & Conditions

No items are to be removed from the premises or moved between units. The guest accepts responsibility for any excess departure cleaning required and any breakage or damage, that is not normal wear and not reported upon arrival and agrees that their credit card acts as a bond and may be debited accordingly.
No responsibility is accepted for personal property damaged or lost during stay or left on the premises.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Strictly no smoking permitted within the accommodation.
The neighbours’ peace and quiet must be respected. An an unruly stay may be terminated, without notice and compensation, at the discretion of the owner. The owner or their representative may conduct inspections of the property during the stay.
Children must be supervised at all times, particularly on stairs and balconies.

Upon departure -
Premises locked – all doors and windows, blinds closed, curtains drawn, keys and remotes returned.
Slept-in beds are left unmade, for the cleaner to strip and wash linen.
All lights, heaters and airconditioning are to be turned OFF. If used, the barbecue must be cleaned and returned.
Dishes must be washed and put away, garbage bagged and placed in the red bin/s, recyclables in the yellow bins, at the rear of the building.
Where possible, used red bins rolled to front kerb Sunday evening and yellow bins alternate Sundays, for collection Monday, and returned afterward.
To avoid added cleaning cost, no more made-up beds than booked may be used (ie tell children not to use more than one bed unnecessarily).
We appreciate the premises left as you found them.

Payment Policy

A $200 deposit is payable with the booking and the remainder at least 30 days ahead of the stay.

Cancellation Policy

Any payments, less $60 cancellation fee, are only refundable if the accommodation is subsequently re-let.
