Terms & Conditions

Confirming bookings:
To confirm reservations, current and valid credit card details are required at the time of booking. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Check in / Check Out:
Check-in time is 2pm : unless otherwise arranged with Dargo River Inn Management. Guests checking-in outside reception hours are requested to contact the hotel with estimated time of arrival and arrange full payment.
Check-out time is 10am : unless otherwise arranged with Dargo River Inn Management. Late checkout will incur extra charges of $30 per hour.

Terms of Use:
Due to circumstances, Dargo River Inn reserves the right to allocate your booking to a similar cabin type of equal style & tariff.
Tariffs apply for additional guests staying in your cabin, so please advise Dargo River Inn and make necessary payment prior to checking in.
A key replacement fee of $25 will be charged to the filed Credit Card in the event that the cabin key issued at check-in is not returned.
Our venue is Pet-Friendly, however damages or extra cleaning required due to your pet will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee being charged to the filed credit card.

Additional Costs:
Dargo River Inn reserves that right to debit your credit card or request payments in full for any outstanding charges that apply to your booking. This includes; extra cleaning, excess rubbish removal, additional unpaid guests, extended stays, late checkout, lost keys, any repairs and/or damages.

Payment Policy

Full final payment is required on Check-in.
Group Bookings for accommodation of 10+ are required to be paid in-full via Credit Card, Bank Deposit at the time of booking. Reduction in numbers within 48 hours of booking date, will forfeit monies paid.

Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations of your booking date will be charged in full unless the booked cabin can be resold. you have 6 months to rebook Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card details provided for confirmation. Any monies paid will be held in CREDIT for 3 months from the original booking date.
