Terms & Conditions

1. All guests, upon arrival and departure must, in accordance with the City Regulations, Register with the Hotel’s Front Desk.
The guest will pay a refundable security deposit of Php 500.00.

2. Guests are not allowed to use their rooms for any purpose other than residence.

3. Gambling or any breach of the laws of the City is prohibited. No visitors will be allowed in the room after 10:00pm, otherwise, they will have to be registered at the Front Desk.

4. The Anti-Smoking Ordinance of Davao City prohibits smoking in a public places and common areas. Guest are allowed to smoke only in duly designated areas. Smoking in the rooms, balcony and reception area is prohibited.

5. Guests will be held responsible for any stained linens, pillowcases, towels, sofas, and rugs ranging on Php 300.00-1,000.00.

6. Please do not leave any valuables inside your room. The Hotel will not be responsible for any lost items in the guest rooms.

7. Any damage to the Hotel property, either by the guest or by their friends, must be replaced or paid for in the amount as declared by the Hotel.

8. The interior decorations of all rooms are fixed and must not be removed.

9. Soliciting for Gratuity by any of the Hotel Staff is strictly prohibited and guests are earnestly requested to report to the Manager any incivility and irregularity done by the Hotel Staff.

10. Children are not allowed to play in corridors or public rooms in the Hotel. Under no circumstances will animals of any kind be allowed in the Hotel premises.

11. Guests are not allowed to cook in the guestrooms.

12. Strong pungent smelling food items like: Durian, Jackfruit and Marang are not allowed inside the Room.

13. Check out time is 12:00 noon; Check-in time is 2:00pm. Between 12:00pm-1:00pm is complimentary, 2:00pm-4:00pm will be charge 30% of per day tariff, 4:00pm onwards will be charge 100% of per day tariff. For early check-in, before 8:00am will be charge 100% of per day tariff, between 8:00am-12:00nn will be charge 30% of per day tariff.

14. The guest is expected to vacate his room on the day and time of his scheduled departure. It is requested that the guest advise the Front Desk of his extended stay and new departure schedule.

15. Rooms are to be paid in advance which will cover the number of days he expects to stay in the Hotel. If the guests fail to pay his bills upon presentation therefore, the Hotel will have a right to assume possession of his room, remove and store his belongings found therein until such time he settles his accounts.

16. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation without divulging the reason and if such guest, at the time of, refusal, is a resident of the Hotel, he is bound to pay what is due to the Hotel upon the execution of the notice.

17. The Hotel reserves the right to alter any of these rules at any time. Any alteration will be deemed to have been duly notified to all guests after the same has been posted in the guest rooms.

Payment Policy

PAY AT THE PROPERTY
To guarantee reservation, card detail is required but will not automatically be deducted to card holder's account. Payments will still be made upon check in or arrival at the property.
