Payment Policy

All rates include VAT tax.

Credit card details supplied to us with the reservation are retained until 7 days after the guest leaves.

Nothing will be charged to your card until checkout. The card details are held as a guarantee.

Upon check out, the guest settles a single bill that includes accommodation, all restaurant meals and activities. Payment methods include cash or credit card.

Please note a 4% surcharge is applied to all Visa and Mastercard payments. AUD is accepted for payments at the current exchange rate.
