You have 24 hours to complete your payment and e-mail the proof of deposit before your reservation expires.

PAYMENT
+ Full payment is required to confirm and secure the reservation
+ If no payment was made within 24hrs, we will release the booked room, unless guest contacted us and will make payment arrangement on a specific time. 
+ The Hotel has the right to cancel the reservation if the credit card transaction has been declined.
+ Payment can be done through bank transfer to our Hotel's Metrobank account or can be paid directly to the hotel.

BOOKING: 
+ Booking modifications are not allowed.
+ Booking revisions must be arranged through our Reservations/front desk team
+ Room rate(s) is/are subject to adjustment based on prevailing rates during new travel date(s)
+ Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and amendments can be made free of charge until 3 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if canceled 3 days before arrival.
+ No Show: Guest who does not arrive within twelve (12) hours of the check-in date and time of the Hotel will be charged the total amount of room reservation.
+ During peak season and holidays, all reservations are required to be guaranteed. Our reservations team will request for prepayment via Bank Deposit at least 7 days prior to check-in in order to guarantee the reservation. ATNAM reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of failure to submit prepayment, credit card authorization form, or bank deposit slip prior to the deadline

2) SEND the deposit slip to our email:  stay@littlehotelier.com with the following details :

E-mail Subject: RESERVATION ID NUMBER 

a. Full Name
b. Reservation Date
c. Villa/Room Name
d. Booking Reference Number

3) Wait for our confirmation email within 24 - 48 hours upon sending of your deposit slip via our email. (If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us).

Kebijakan Pembatalan

We have a 72hr cancellation policy before the day of arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged to the equivalent of the first night of the reservation.

The no refundable reservations can not be canceled or modified.
At check-in the reservation can not be canceled or modified.
