Den Pasar Boracay Exclusive Beach Villa has 3 magnificent Balinese designated houses on 12 meter high stilts, connected to each other with walkway bridges and has a total lot size of 22, 555 sqm. The Villa has its very own, exclusive, beautiful white sand and PRIVATE beach with almost 200-meters beach frontage, they call this paradise The Next Boracay.

All villa bedrooms are spacious and fully equipped, included glass windows from ceiling to floor, affording the guests with a fantastic view of the ocean. The Villa can accommodate up to 12 persons.

For your total relaxation, enjoy the unbelievable Spa with Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Cold plunge which overlooks the ocean. The Villa has a huge second living room located directly on the beach as well as a gorgeous sunset bar and large terrace surrounded by sea water.

From our Beach Property, it is 15 minutes travel to Boracay White Beach by our own Private Bangka (provided by the Villa/Resort) and 15 minutes by our own private Car from Boracay Airport (no need to take a boat).
