Located in Remuera, just 10 minutes’ drive from the Auckland city centre, the historic Devereux Boutique Hotel offers heated accommodation with free WiFi internet access and free parking. Devereux Hotel is 5 minutes' drive from New Market and ASB Showgrounds and 7 minutes' drive from Cornwall Park and One Tree Hill. Mount Hobson is a 20-minute walk away. All suites include a private bathroom, LCD TV, refrigerator, work desk and a spacious seating area. Some suites also have a spa bath, fireplace or a bay window with lovely garden views. The rooms have access to shared bathroom facilities. Guests can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in the open lounge area downstairs, which overlooks the garden.

Terms & Conditions
* No pets are allowed to stay at the hotel all the time.
* Funds will be deducted if we need to make a claim, which may include but are not limited, to damage, breakages or loss (referring the list of section 7.0 in The Devereux Guest Information manual), telephone calls, laundry services, food or drinks (if applicable) and excess cleaning & garbage removal charge.
* Smoking is NOT permitted in the hotel. A $500 fine will apply if found smoking. If guest persists in smoking inside and he/she will be liable to additional charges for cleaning, purification and/or fire brigade call out if the smoke alarm goes off. You are very welcome to smoke outside or in the garden. Guest is liable for any careless action that triggers the smoke sensor, which leads to water leakage, building damages or fire brigade call out will apply additional charges as well. Thank you for understanding.
Payment Policy
Use of Credit card payments relating to New Zealand Hotels incur a merchant service fee of 3% in addition to the total amount payable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free if received 48 hours prior check in. One night of accommodation charges as a penalty if cancellation received 24 hors prior check in. 100% penalty charges, equivalent to the entire duration of stay will be applied for any cancellation received on the day or/ and at check-in. The last minutes bookings are nonrefundable on the day of arrival. The unused portion of rental is not refundable for the shortened stay unless you inform us of the arrangement in advance.
