Check-in from 12 noon - free early check-in if villa is vacant and available
Minimum check-in age - 18

Check-out
Check-out before 10am

Government-issued photo identification may be required at check-in for incidental charges

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed

COVID-19 POLICY
All guests will need to provide vaccination card with photo ID at check in with Air Juan.
Unvaccinated guests are required to obtain a negative Covid-19 antigen test prior to arrival.

Payment Policy

All reservations are to be guaranteed by a minimum 50% deposit via bank transfer.

Non-Guaranteed reservations will be released 48 hours after the booking was made.

Full balance including all additional expenses incurred at the resort for drinks, activities etc. to be paid on checkout by cash or internet bank transfer.

Currently there is no credit or debit card facility on the island.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel free of charge until 30 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund.

Guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

If the guest does not show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Consideration for re-booking is made for bookings affected by covid, flight scheduling issues & weather affected travel.
