Terms & Conditions

I. Check-In
Check-in time is at 3:00PM of date of arrival. Guests must present their ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. Early check-in (before 3:00PM) is subject to the availability of the room. Check-ins earlier than 6:00AM will incur an additional charge of 1 night.

II. Check-Out
Check-out time is at 12:00PM of date of departure.Check-out past 12:00PM (with extra charge) will require a written request; approval is subject to the availability of the room. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry of his/her stay, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest. Guests without written luggage storage arrangements, will be charged P500/night after date of departure.

III. Cigarette Smoking
Smoking is only allowed at the designated smoking area. Guests/Guest’s Visitors smoking outside the designated smoking area shall be fined P2000.00 up to P10,000.00/day. Guests/Guest’s Visitors who smoke inside the rooms will be charged an additional P2000.00 cleaning fee on top of fines. In the event that an intense cigarette smoke odour is present in the guest’s room, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of P2000.00/day.

IV. Hotel Guest Pool Access
Operating Hours: 8:00AM-9:00PM (Monday-Friday), 9:00AM-9:00PM (Saturday & Sunday) Guests swimming past 9:00PM will be fined P2000.00/hour.
Appropriate swimming attire is required, guests/guest’s visitors not wearing the appropriate swimming attire will be prohibited to enter the pool. (See list of proper swimming attire)

V. Banned Substances
All types of illegal substances are forbidden in the hotel.The management reserves the right to remove guest/s who are found to be carrying and/or under the influence of these substances.

VI. Losses/Damages to Hotel Property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their visitors or any person for whom they are responsible. (See list of fines for specific items/hotel property)

VII. Guest’s Belongings
Guests are encouraged to lock the door of their rooms when going out/going to bed. For the convenience of the Guest, electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever.

VIII. Food/Drinks Policy
Hotel Guests are permitted to bring in food/drinks inside hotel premises. Consuming drinks/food inside the hotel rooms may attract unwanted insects; we highly encourage hotel guests to consume their drinks/food at the dining area.

IX. Hotel Guest Visitor Policy
We only allow a maximum of 4 visitors per room. Registered hotel guests must confirm with the personnel at the front desk regarding the arrival and departure of their visitors. Visitors who opt to stay in the indoor or outdoor areas (excluding pool area) will be charged P200.00/person (good for 3 hours, P100/succeeding hour) for the use of our facilities. Visitors who opt to use our pool will be charged P300.00/person (good for 3 hours, P150/ succeeding hour). All venues/areas are only available for visitors from 10AM-8PM, with no time extension. Guests and visitors must clean up their area of activity. Guests and visitors who fail to clean up their area of activity will be charged a P2000.00 cleaning fee. Visitors must vacate the premises by 8:00PM; failure to vacate the premises during the specified time will result in charge equivalent to a one day stay of hotel guests’ room. Visitors are only permitted to eat in the lounge/dining area.

X.Use of the Hotel as a Venue
Hotel guests are not permitted to hold events, meetings, professional pictorials/filming without an approved reservation form.

XI. Management’s Rights
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default of payment or dues by the guest, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.

Acknowledgement of House Rules and Regulations
I have read and understood the rules and regulations of Domicilio Lorenzo. I further understand that failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in payment of fines, appropriate legal action, or dismissal from hotel premises. By signing this document below, I agree to abide by the House Rules and Regulations of Domicilio Lorenzo and I agree to pay any fines, penalties, and charges.

Payment Policy

Confirmation of reservation only upon downpayment of at least 50% of total booking. We require full-payment of total booking before check in.

A. Cash Payment
- We accept cash payments through the following modes: Bank Transfer, Payment through Remittance Center, GCASH.

B. Credit Payment
Master Card or Visa. Credit Card payments are processed through PayPal.

Cancellation Policy

For all bookings on or before June 30, 2020 - Any cancellation and changes in booking received within 24 hours prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

For all bookings on or after July 1, 2020 -
Any cancellation and changes in booking received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
