By securing your reservation you agree to the hotels terms and conditions regarding payment, cancellation, damages policies of the hotel and understand to be legally bound by this reservation contract. If your reservation is via a 3rd party portal or online agent you are also bound independently of the hotel to any agreements entered into with such agent.

Payment Policy

To secure your reservation we require your credit card details as a 25% deposit. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
NB: All credit card payment will include a surcharge to the value charged by your credit card provider. Mastercard and Visa = 2.13%, American Express = 3.0%

NB: If arriving before 10:00 AM you will need to also book the night before arrival to ensure availability for your arrival time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to your arrival date carry an administration fee of $50. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival date or no shows on arrival date will have the full booking amount
charged to your credit card including credit card surcharge.
