"Ducks & Drakes on Devon" is a quirky, spacious, yet cosy one bedroom, one bathroom apartment on Devon Street East, literally within 200 metres of a major supermarket, and a short walk into the CBD or Coastal Walkway and surrounds. With a Queen bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the lounge area this apartment can accommodate 3 PAX comfortably with plenty of room. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance or cook your own meals in the fully stocked kitchen then watch the sun go down from the bay window.
One car park is allocated to this apartment with ample parking also on the surrounding street. Stictly Quiet Enjoyment Only (No parties!) No pets. No smoking.
PLEASE NOTE: Entry to this apartment is via a number of stairs (not suitable for those with mobility challenges or heavy suitcases!)

Tent Site Book
A small piece of grass at the back of the property use your own small tent whilst enjoying the delights of Ducks & Drakes common areas, hot showers and funky decor. At only $25 per person per night we are within walking distance to the CBD, Pukekura Park and surrounds. Don't forget our Free Fast Fibre Wi-Fi is accessed throughout the property.
Terms & Conditions
BOOKINGS CONFIRMED only when we receive your credit card details. Payment for reservations made via the Ducks & Drakes website will be processed in full within 24 hours of the booking date. If you find you need to cancel your booking, please give at least 72 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge equal to a one night stay. No shows may be charged the full value of accommodation booked.
OFFICE HOURS are 9am - 8pm. Check in from 2:00pm. Check out by 10am. Please let us know if you plan to arrive outside these times so we can arrange an early/late check in.
PARKING We have four parking spaces available with priority given to guests staying in our premium cottage rooms. We cannot guarantee off street parking for any guest. Plenty of on-Street parking is also available around our property and free all day with the exception of a few spaces specifically marked as 2 hour parking.
DAMAGE OF DUCKS & DRAKES PROPERTY - We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to our property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
REMOVAL OF DUCKS & DRAKES PROPERTY – We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.

Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 72 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge equal to a one night stay. No shows may be charged the full value of accommodation booked.
