ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE INFORMATION
East 34 is self check-in, you will receive a PIN code and instructions on the day of arrival, swipe access cards are also provided once inside.
CHECK-IN: from 3:00pm
CHECK-OUT: before 11:00am
Late checkout charges of $100 per hour will apply unless prior arrangements have been made.
Continental breakfast provisions including bread, cereal, fruit, milk, butter and spreads are supplied on arrival. Extra charges may apply for additional provisions or special requirements.
Strictly NO pets are permitted either inside or outside of the premises.
Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside the apartment, smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area and an ash tray is provided. A special cleaning charge of $500 will apply if smoking has occurred inside the apartment.
Parties or functions are NOT permitted to be held at the property, as East 34 is located in a residential area we require that guests respect the neighboring properties and keep noise to a minimum.
For stays of 5 nights or more the apartment will be serviced (including fresh towels) at appropriate intervals during your stay. We will contact you to arrange times which are convenient and do not interfere with your privacy.
The number of occupants must not exceed the number shown on the booking, East 34 accommodates a maximum of 5 guests which will be strictly enforced. Any guests in excess of the number booked will be required to find alternative accommodation.
Two queen bedrooms are provided and one single bed is available on request, when booking for 4 guests or less please indicate prior to your arrival if you require the additional single bed.
Due to the design of the apartment, including the stairs, East 34 may not be suitable for young children.
Your credit or debit card will be held as security bond from the date of booking until your departure. Provided the property remains in the same condition as when you arrived card details will be destroyed.
East 34 reserves the right to charge your credit or debit card for any amount outstanding after departure, including any charges for additional cleaning, damaged property or stolen property. You will be notified of any additional charges made against your card.
LOST SWIPE CARDS
A $50 fee will apply for lost or stolen swipe cards.
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable the day prior to arrival.
All bookings require a valid credit or debit card, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Deposit will be refunded if booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total accommodation fee, exceptions may apply if the booking is transferred to an alternate date.
No shows or cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total accommodation fee (including any deposit paid).
