The Cattleman's can accommodate 8 people in total. An occupancy of 4-6 people might not have access to every bedroom.
ABOUT THIS SPACE
The Cattleman's Cottage is a self-contained country home located 1/2 km from our homestead so your privacy is ensured! Located on a working cattle farm and vineyards perched high atop the King Valley, elevation 652 @Mt Bellevue boasts stunning panoramas and plenty of fresh air, conducive to instant rest and relaxation. The sunrise is a spectacular start to the day but if you prefer sleeping in, the sunset will leave you humbled by its beauty!

At The Cattleman's Cottage, the hustle and bustle of city life quickly becomes a distant memory! We invite you to kick back and relax with some of our excellent Redbank wines grown in our vineyards or lace up your runners and watch the sunset at our Sunset Lookout.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ACCEPTANCE & RESPONSIBILITY
Payment of the Deposit constitutes acceptance of these Policies.
IDENTIFICATION
Our insurers require that we hold a copy of a current driver’s license (front and back) or passport of the person making this booking. Should this not be emailed we reserve the right to cancel your booking. You must also provide us with contact phone number for the person responsible for the booking.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in time is from 2.00 pm
Check-out time is prior to 11.00 am
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges may apply. We ask that you inform us of your expected arrival time.
CHILDREN
Children of all ages are welcome, however, they must be included in your booking prior to your stay.

RESERVATIONS GUARANTEE
To guarantee your reservation you will be asked for your credit card details.
A payment in full must be received within 2 days after the booking is accepted. Bookings are not confirmed until the full payment is received.
DESCRIPTIONS
The description of the premises by the Owner/Manager is given in good faith and no responsibility for misinterpretation will be accepted. No refund is given if you are unsatisfied with your accommodation.
SECURITY BOND
A credit card authorisation must be provided to us upon confirmation of your booking.
Any damage loss or expense incurred by us as a result of your breach of these Policies will be charged against the credit card. Examples include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests or visitors beyond those declared.
NON-ARRIVAL
Should you fail to arrive on the scheduled day of your reservation, your booking will be held until the following day in case you have been unforeseeably delayed and are unable to contact us. Should you not arrive the next day your reservation will be cancelled and the total accommodation charge is forfeited.
SHORTENED STAY
After check-in, should your stay be shortened, you will not be refunded for the nights you did not stay.
RATES AND MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY REQUIREMENTS
Our rates are dependent upon the number of guests staying, availability, day of the week and season; weekends are always in high demand. During periods of high demand or major events we may require a minimum length of stay. You will be advised of this at the time of your reservation.
SMOKING
We do not permit smoking indoors and there are ample outdoor areas throughout the property where smoking is permitted. A sanitisation fee of one additional night’s accommodation will be charged where smoking occurs within the house.
PARKING & VEHICLES
Parking is available on site. We accept no responsibility for any theft from vehicles.
SMALL PETS & ANIMALS
Due to many free-ranging animals already, all accommodation at elevation652 at Mt Bellevue is pet-free.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated in the booking or the number subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for additional guests, and the use of extra bedrooms when we have not been notified and an agreement made with us in advance.
PARTIES & FUNCTIONS
Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your security deposit and/or additional payments.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
We use a septic tank. As a result, please ensure you do not flush any facial tissues or sanitary items down the toilet and only use the toilet paper provided.
LINEN & TOWELS
We supply linen, pillows, blankets and towels which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure.
DAMAGE, LOSS OR THEFT
You are responsible for any damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. We may recover repair or replacements costs from you (at our discretion).
HOUSEKEEPING
• Before check-out, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put outside in the bins and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
• Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, cleaning of BBQ, emptying of the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost of cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee which will be charged to your credit card.
• All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Indoor furniture may not be taken outside.
• The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked, heating and cooling must be switched off.
• The key is to be left on the key holder. You are responsible for the safe keeping and replacement of lost accommodation keys and locks will need to be changed if keys are lost.
INSURANCE
We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance as we are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents and theft of guests belongings that may occur whilst staying at our property. We accept no responsibility for any theft of personal belongings.
NATURAL DISASTERS
In the event of a fire or other natural disasters, or other forms of damage that prevents access to elevation652; we will refund deposits paid but will not be liable for any further damages or fees.
COMMUNICATIONS AND PRIVACY
If you contact us by telephone, email, standard mail and booking channels such as but not limited to booking.com, Stayz, Airbnb or through our website you agree to allow us to contact you in the future and that this may include promotional material regarding upcoming events, special offers or general information. We will never use your name and information for any other purpose and will in no circumstance provide it to any other party without your prior permission or where legally obliged to do so. Any communication that we may send to you will include the opportunity for you to unsubscribe.
PROPERTY CANCELLATLION POLICY
We require a full payment at the time of your booking. You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel between the 14th and 8th day before arrival and the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
Exception: A full refund is given if the cancellation is due COVID restrictions.
REQUIRED VACCINATION
With current Government rules we are required to check vaccination certificates of our guests as we can only accommodate guests who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
