Ellensbrook Cottages

Our beautifully appointed chalets are nestled amongst the trees and spread out over a 3 hectare rural block. The property lies a few kilometres from the pretty town of Cowaramup in the heart of the Margaret River wine region. Each chalet is self contained with its own spa bath and private BBQ. On one side we are bordered by native bushland and the Wadandi track which is easy walking or cycling to Cowaramup town or Margaret River.

Terms & Conditions

Check in is now ZERO CONTACT. Final payment for your stay will be processed 48 hours prior to arrival and details for self check in will be texted to your mobile number on the day of check in.
Due to our cleaning practices we are not currently offering early check in and check in is strictly after 2pm.
Please note that this is not a party venue. We do not accept leavers or schoolies. We ask you to respect your neighbours with quiet time after 10pm.
We do not accept pets on the property.
All our chalets are strictly non-smoking indoors. Please note that should you choose to smoke indoors you will be charged for cleaning including all fabric upholstery and curtains etc.
Please note that as we are situated with many trees surrounding the property and on the edge of the NBN network our WI-FI strength can be variable.
Cottages are to be left clean and tidy (eg. dishes to washed, dried and put away), with any breakages reported to management. An additional fee will be charged of $95 for cleaning if cottages are left in an unsatisfactory condition.
Log Fire: (Available May to September - Brook and Ellens Cottage only). Cottages are also fitted with reverse cycle air-conditioning for either heating or cooling. Due to fire safety management policy/restrictions, use of log fire is not permitted during the months from October to May each year.
A small amount of firewood is supplied in the cottage. Extra firewood bags and kindling bags are available from our wood shed for $10 per bag. Alternatively, you may bring your own firewood.

Payment Policy

Non-refundable deposit of one night payable at booking.
Remaining balance is processed 48 hours prior to check in. We are currently operating a ZERO CONTACT self check in system.

A no-show will be charged the full balance to your card.
Should you wish to shorten your stay after arriving you will be charged the full balance.
Any changes to your booking will incur a $100 admin fee.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation will forfeit deposit.
Cancellation within 7 days of start of stay will incur full balance to be charged to your card.
Bookings for public holidays will forfeit full payment for cancellation within 28 days prior to check in date.
Bookings for public holidays are not amendable within 28 days prior to check in date.
