Emu Bay Holiday Homes is a coastal property with exceptional sea and rural views set on 5 acres of beautiful gardens and native trees where birds and wildlife abounds. Accommodation is fully self catering with all bed linen, bath towels, basic condiments including coffee,/tea supplied. All units have equipped cooking facilities and a gas BBQ. Accommodation in two cabins, two cottages, three houses and an apartment caters for singles, couples, families and groups of all sizes. Each unit has its own unique sea views of Emu Bay and is spread out allowing each guest their own space, privacy, peace and tranquility. Enjoy our home as yours for a little while.

Amani House has been recently renovated and now includes an accessible bathroom. The large open plan kitchen, living and dining room has exceptional sea views. 3 Bedrooms - 2 queen size bedrooms and one with double bed and bunk bed. TV lounge has doors that can can close and has a sleeper couch that makes up into a queen size bed. 2 Bathrooms - one wheelchair accessible and the second 3 way with separate toilet and vanity. Own BBQ under shed roof. Ample parking for cars and boats.

Conditions générales

Emu Bay Holiday Homes(EBHH) included occupancy is based on 2 people. All children, 1 year old and over pays the additional charge. Infants under 1 year old are $10 per night. Cot hire fee applies if required.

No pets are allowed on the property due to the abundance of local wildlife. Registered guide dogs can be arranged BY PRIOR APPROVAL only. Please request on booking as only certain units are suitable. Boat parking only available at certain units. Please enquire prior to booking.

No parties allowed unless cleared by management. No camping of additional guests on the property or non registered guests using the facilities. Group booking rules as per website.

The property is self catering. It is expected that the unit will be left tidy with all dishes washed, DRIED and packed away. Rubbish put in outside bins. Air conditioning and other electrical appliances used switched off.

EBHH is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outside. Please use cigarette butt trays provided.

The property is self check in. Check in details will be supplied after full payment has been received. Please replace keys in the key box on departure.

IF A UNIT IS LEFT IN A STATE THAT REQUIRES MORE THAN THE STANDARD CLEANING, AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED AT $50/HOUR.

A 20 % deposit on accommodation needs to be paid on booking to secure your booking.

Final payment is due 30 days before arrival.

Payment can be made using your credit card directly when you book. A 1.8% surcharge applies for payments by Visa or Mastercard and 2.2% for AMEX..

To avoid paying a surcharge a direct deposit can be done.
