Check in is from 3pm. Check out is 10am.
We love children but unfortunately we are unable to provide accomodation for children under 15 years of age (including babies) due to being a small intimate environment.
No extra guests allowed in rooms. Rooms are limited to two guests only.
We love pets but sorry they are not allowed.
No smoking or vapouring in the lodge.
Please respect other guests and keep noise levels at a low and quiet between the hours of 10pm-6am.
STRICTLY no cooking or cooking equipment permitted in the lodge. If advised to management of any cooking residue, extra charges will apply. We have strict fire restrictions put in place.
BOOKINGS THROUGH 3RD PARTY SITES: Please note that if you have booked through a 3rd party booking agent [booking.com expedia.com etc] you must refer to them directly to change dates or cancel your booking.
Payment Policy
Payments in full prior to arrival.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard— please note cc payment incur a 1.5% surcharge) or direct deposit.

Cancellation Policy
WINTER: If you decide to cancel your reservation 60 days or more prior to your arrival there is a no cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of arrival and we are able to resell your room we will provide a partial refund otherwise if we are unable to resell the room then a loss of full payment will incur.
SUMMER: If you decide to cancel your reservation 7 days or more prior of your arrival date and we are able to resell your room we will provide a partial refund.
No shows or cancellations after 7 days of arrival will be charged at the full rate.
