Terms & Conditions

BOOKING CONDITIONS (1st JULY 2022 - 30 MARCH 2023)
• We are currently not requesting a deposit to confirm a booking. Credit card details are required to hold the booking. Bookings are confirmed automatically and you will receive an email from reservations.
• Reservations require full payment 60 days prior to arrival date, payable by credit card or direct deposit.
• Please note cancellation charges below which will be applied to all bookings:
*More than 61 days notice prior to arrival date - no cancellation fee
*Between 30 and 60 days (inclusive) prior to arrival date - 20% of total accommodation cost
*Less than 29 days notice prior to arrival date / no shows/ or days not used due to late arrivals or premature departures. For each night cancelled -100% of accommodation cost
Bookings made within 60 days of arrival date have a 72 hour grace period during which no cancellation charges will be applied.
Group bookings will be subject to different booking conditions - please emailres@eratap.com for further information
NOTE - to make a booking credit card details are still required to hold the booking. Please advise whether you want your card processed or if you are going to make a direct deposit when the balance is due.

BOOKING CONDITIONS ( from 31st MARCH 2023 )
• Reservations require the equivalent of one night’s accommodation as deposit payable within 14 days of booking request payable by credit card or direct deposit.
• Non Payment of deposit may result in release of booking.
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
• Please note cancellation charges below which will be applied to all bookings (from 31 MARCH 2023):

Families with children aged 7 to 15 are welcomed at the resort during Family weeks (please see website for dates). The Resort does not take children under the age of 7.

Payment Policy

The balance can be paid for by Visa or Mastercard or by direct deposit. (All Credit Card transactions incur a 2% surcharge). For direct deposits please use the below account and send a confirmation email with deposit reference information to res@eratap.com:

Cancellation Policy

JULY 1st 2022 - MARCH 30th 2023
(i) Cancellation of booking received more than 61 days prior to arrival will not incur a cancellation charge.
(ii)Cancellation received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival penalty if 20% of full accommodation cost
(iii) Cancellation of booking received 29 days prior to arrival incurs a 100% cancellation charge for every night cancelled
MARCH 31st 2023 - MARCH 31st 2024
(i) Cancellation of booking received more than 61 days prior to arrival will not incur a cancellation charge.
