Dating back to the 1860’s, Evanslea House is a beautiful character filled home providing guests with a stunning mix of the old and new. The four bedroomed Evanslea House offers multiple formal and informal spaces in addition to the upstairs deck for luxurious indoor and outdoor comfort.Sleeping eight, the house contains one king bed and three queen beds across its four bedrooms. Two and a half bathrooms and a full kitchen and laundry also ensure that you have all the conveniences of home throughout your stay. As per our popular cottages, Evanslea House offers guests: parking, a wood fire, BBQ and hair dryer, air conditioning, toiletries, TV and clock radio and CD player and access to the pool. Free Wi Fi is also available. A portacot is also available on request.

Terms & Conditions
Guests may be charged for extra cleaning, repair/replacements to the cottage for damage during their stay.
No smoking allowed in Evanslea House or in the cottages but smokers may use the ashtrays outside.
A fee of $50 applies for check-outs after 10am, unless prior arrangements have been made.
In the event of early departure guests will be charged the full amount of the stay.
No parties are allowed unless the whole property has been booked and approval has been given before arrival.
Payment Policy
Guests can pay on arrival or before arrival. Visa and Mastercard are accepted as is electronic transfer (contact us for bank details if needed).
Cancellation Policy
Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in writing (via email). For cancellations made more than 20 days prior to arrival, booking funds will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of arrival, no refund will be given, however, the reservation may be rescheduled to another equivalent period subject to availability and within 3 months. For cancellations made less than 24 hours of arrival the full fee will be charged and the stay will not be rescheduled. Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
