Terms & Conditions

Hotel Policy
We want all of our guests to experience a pleasant stay at our hotel, so we have some policies in place to help ensure everyone has a smooth and enjoyable stay with us.

1.Check in - Check out
• Check in period is 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm (Daily) Early check-in is subject to room availability
After 5:00 p.m., self-check-in is available. We shall place an envelope with your name in front of the hotel entrance door.
1.Keycard: Use the keycard to scan at the door lock in the circle button to access the door.
2.Key: Used for entering the room.
3.Voucher: utilized to redeem drinks and information about hotel services.
Snack zone is available for free 24 hours.
The hotel has a motorbike park in front of it, but there is no parking lot for cars; nonetheless, cars can park opposite the hotel or in an empty space nearby.

• Check out period is 8:00 am – 12:00 pm (Daily)
Late check-out is subject to room availability
Please strictly follow the check-out time to avoid these charges;
12:00 am – 2:00 pm = 25% of room rate upon check out
2:00 pm – 5:00 pm = 50% of room rate upon check out
After 5:00 pm = 100% of room rate upon check
2.Changing
• Changing shall be written notice to the hotel at least 14 days before arrival
• Changing is subject to available room and room rate
3.Cancellation
• Cancellation shall be written notice to the hotel at least 14 days before arrival
• Cancellations after this time or if you fail to arrive, will be subject to a charge of the first night of the stay
• In case of no show, will be subject to non-refund
4.Parking
• Motorcycles can be parked in front of the hotel.
• The hotel has a motorcycle park in front of the hotel but there is no parking lot for car but can park opposite the hotel or empty area near the hotel
5.In Room & Common areas
• The following items are prohibited in the premises of room & all area in hotel
- Smoking, Durian, Animals, Hazardous Chemicals, Firearms or weapons, Explosive and Flammable substances
• Non-registered guests are not allowed to use any of the hotel room & common areas. Additional guest will be charge 500 THB/person
• Do not remove furniture/items from hotel. You will be charged for any lost or damaged items when check-out. (Refer loss and damage list)
• Televisions or personal electronic devices should be played at the level as not to disturb neighbour &other guests.
• Please understand and accept that while guests are not staying, hotel staff may enter the room to clean the room and make a bed and for other reasons. If you do not require, please hang a sign “Please do not disturb” in front of the room.
• All valuable items should be placed in the safe deposit box in your room, they are free of charge, please use them. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage of valuables or other belonging of the guest.
• Food and Drink in common area are all complementary (free!)
• Please keep room and common areas clean.
6.Pets
• No Pets of any kind allowed on hotel room/building. Fine up to 1000 THB and guest must remove pet from hotel immediately upon request.
• Due to pets may cause problems of hygiene, safety and noise to disturb other guests.
7.Smoking
• No smoking inside hotel room/building. Fine up to 2,000 THB.
- To stay healthy
- To cause no damage to the property and furniture in the room
- To not disrupt to other guests/tenants
So let’s cooperate guests, do not smoke inside room and building
• Smoking only designated areas (In front of Evergreen cafe on 1 floor, outside)
• Please throw cigarette ashes or butts into the bin.
8.Disaster Prevention and Security
• Upon arrival at the hotel, please check the emergency evacuation routes from the guest room and the location of emergency exits/equipment on each floor.
• Please do not use a stove for cooking or heating, and an iron in the guest room.
