All bookings are considered unconfirmed unless down payment of at least 20% is paid by the guests.
Cancellation Policy
Paid reservations cancelled 20 days prior to arrival is given back fully; 12 days prior arrival will be refunded 75% of the amount paid; 7 days prior arrival will be 50% and on the day cancellations will be non-refundable.
