Phillip Island Executive Holiday Accommodations offer two affordable luxury properties for short to long stay holiday rental on Phillip Island.
The first property is The Executive Bed & Breakfast, located just 2 kilometres out of the town centre of Cowes, but close to all beaches, and Island attractions. It is a three room private apartment and is ideal for a couple but can sleep up to 3 persons. A generous and varied continental breakfast is provided and the property provides free secure off-street parking and free WiFi. It is a great place for a quiet or romantic overnight or couple of nights getaway.
The second property is The Executive Beachside Apartment located in the desirable heart of Cowes directly opposite the main beach, jetty, children playground and is walking distance ( 3 minutes ) to shops, restaurants and cafes. It is great for either one night or an extended beachside holiday. It is ideal for a couple or a family and can sleep up to 4 persons. All linen/towels are provided, it has free off-street parking and free WiFi.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the right hand side building; turn right into the exit driveway and use one of the parking spaces. Enter through the glass door and proceed down the passage way; the apartment is 3 doors down #133.

By booking with Phillip Island Executive Holiday Accommodations you agree to abide by all our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any of our T&C's please do not avail yourself of our services and offerings by making a booking.

All rates and charges are expressed in Australian dollars ( AUD )

Check-in is anytime after 2pm up to 8pm on the day. Check-in prior to 2pm may not be possible due to housekeeping duties being carried out from a prior booking. Check-out is anytime between 7.00am and 11.00am on the day. You must vacate the property no later than 11.00am.

Should you wish to amend your reservation please do so via your booking site. Cancellation charges may apply. Refer our cancellation policy.

Bookings made incorrectly regarding the number of guests will be adjusted and charged appropriate fee at time of check-in.

Guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

You have free access to WiFi in our accommodations; you must ensure you use such facility within the laws of Australia.

Any Phillip Island Executive Holiday Accommodations equipment, facilities, utensils and/or linen, towels etc supplied and made available for your use must not be removed from the properties and remain the property of Phillip Island Executive Holiday Accommodations.

Any monies or valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you and brought in or onto the apartments grounds or carparks of the properties are your responsibility, we are not responsible for their safe keeping.

Please leave the accommodations in a clean and proper state.

Our properties are NO SMOKING. Please abide by this restriction. No smoking in the apartments or on the balconies or at the front doors. You may smoke in the car park areas. Please dispose of your butts responsibly. If found to have been smoking in one of the properties as defined by this policy you could be charged the cost of a deep clean to eradicate the smell of cigarettes from the property. Such a cost would be no more than an hour and a half of the labour cost of a professional cleaner.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Phillip Island Executive Holiday Accommodations and its current officers, employees and agents against and from all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at the relevant Phillip Island Executive Holiday Accommodations for any reason whatsoever.

You agree to indemnify Phillip Island Executive Holiday Accommodations and its current officers, employees and agents for all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) incurred or suffered by Phillip Island Executive Holiday Accommodations or its current officers, employees or agents arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at the relevant Phillip Island Executive Holiday Accommodations except to the except caused or contributed to by Phillip Island Executive Holiday Accommodations or its current officer's, employee's or agent's negligence.

You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other proprietary rights created under any laws.

We grant you a licence to stay in and/or use the facilities in our accommodations and we reserve the right to terminate the licence at any time.

Your acceptance of Phillip Island Executive Holiday Accommodations offer of accommodation and/or to use its facilities is on the terms and conditions outlined above.

Payment Policy

A credit card is required at time of booking a reservation. No charge against the card is made until date of arrival of the guest.

Cancellation Policy

No charge when cancelled before 21 days prior to check-in. Cancellations up to 7 days prior to check-in date will incur a charge of 10% of the booking. Cancellations inside 7 days of check-in date will incure a charge of 25% of the booking. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking. There is no refund for checking-out earlier than the original check-out date. All refunds will be processed back to the credit card used at time of booking.
