Pets: Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at Fernview on Falls.
Noise & Neighbours
We want you to enjoy your stay. Please be aware of the impact of your noise on others and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance. Noise and music should not impact any other property and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 9pm. Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction.
Drones: Flying of Drones on the property is not allowed
Payment Policy
Deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Balance is due for payment 14 days prior to your stay please.
A damage deposit of $200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: No charge if up to 72 hours prior to booking. 100% loss of deposit/payment if cancelled within the 72 hours.
