At a peace of mind, our resort invested a tremendous amount of efforts to ensure we preserve the integrity of the valley. We've incorporated as much recycled material as we can for the construction of the villas and taken appropriate steps to ensure our facilities are as green as possible. Fig Tree Hill Resort is a private resort exclusively for stay-in guests. Public visitors are not allowed to enter the resort.
Visitor(s) of the stay-in guest(s) is subjected to RM30 per pax and have to leave the premises before 12 AM. This is limited to the number of pax allowed in each villa. Please call +6019-3620270 to confirm the number of visitors.
After 12AM will be considered as overnight guests and is subjected to RM80 per pax.

Mobile signal is weak at the resort. We only serve breakfast, there is no restaurant to serve lunch and dinner. However, BBQ pit /steamboat pot and tablewares are provided at the resort. For BBQ, please bring along own food, charcoal and aluminium foil.

Proper swimming attire is necessary to enter the swimming pool.

Payment Policy

Fig Tree Hill Resort reserves the right to charge the credit card at the time of booking. Full payment will be charged upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

Change of date is permitted 7 days BEFORE arrival except for the festive period, eve of or on public holidays and school holidays when 14 days is required. For group reservations of more than 3 villas, 14 days is required.

Any cancellation BEFORE 14 days prior to arrival, 10% of the total stay will be charged. Cancellations received within 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of total stay will be charged.
Cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival 100% of the total stay will be charged.

No Shows and Early Departure will be charged 100% of the total stay.
