Terms & Conditions

CHECK IN/OUT TIME: Check-in time is from 2pm. Check-out time is by 10.30am, unless by prior arrangement. Please notify the property of your late arrival or early departure at the time of booking | INCLUDED MEALS & BEVERAGES: Continental Breakfast supplies, including milk, are complimentary. A complimentary Flame Hill farm condiment jar is also included | EXCLUDED MEALS & BEVERAGES: You will be charged for all in-house beverages not nominated as complimentary, including wine, juice and soft drinks. Dining, beverage and incidental costs will be charged against your Patrons Bond. Please refer to the in-room Dining Menu for food and beverages orders. Place your order each day by 10.30am by phoning 07 5478 5920 | SMOKING POLICY: Sinclair Cottage and Symphony House are no-smoking within the enclosed premises, however smoking is permitted on the rear (red) veranda. Smoking refuse must be disposed of in appropriate receptacles | PETS: Pets and animals are prohibited | FURNISHINGS, FIXTURES & DAMAGE: All breakages, damage and lost or missing structure, furniture, art, and incidentals will be paid for by the Patron. Flame Hill vineyard memorabilia, including glassware and merchandise is available at our Cellar Door. Flame Hill farm season condiments are also available for purchase at the Cellar Door | CLEANING, WASTE & UTILITIES: All wet waste is to be placed in the green bin between the tank and the shed. Above-normal cleaning costs including smoke odour removal will be charged to the Patron. The cottages are serviced by septic systems that cannot accept foreign matter. We ask that you respect and restrict water use where possible, as the cottages are serviced by rainwater tanks | GUESTS & VISITORS: All guests and visitors of Sinclair Cottage and Symphony House must register at the time of booking and at the time of arrival. The Patron will be responsible for all guests and visitors. It is prohibited for un-nominated guests or visitors to stay at Sinclair Cottage without approval. Flame Hill management reserves the right to request the Patron and all guests decant the premises at any time | House Terms and Conditions are current @ 18Nov15, however are subject to change, revocation or enforcement at any time, at owner, employee or management discretion.

Payment Policy

Non-refundable full payment required at the time of booking (Credit Card) or within 2 days of reservation (Bank Transfer).

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are non-refundable after purchase, however please email vineyard@flamehill.com.au should you need special consideration for extenuating circumstances.
