Terms & Conditions
By making this booking you agree to and accept our Terms and Conditions, Payment and Cancellation Policies as outlined below.
Minimum 3 night stay for Mt Scott Homestead and The Quarters.
Minimum 2 night stay for Eco Tent with the exception of long weekends where there is a minimum 3 night stay.
School holidays and Easter weekend requires a 4 night stay.
Maximum guests
The Quarters - 8 people
Mt Scott Homestead - 6 people
Eco Tent - 2 people
All linen, including towels, is included with your booking at a per person rate. If additional bedding is used you will be
charged an extra person, per night rate for the duration of your stay.
Bond payment of $200 to cover accidentals and incidents is required on checking in. Credit Cards will not be charged unless an incident occurs.
Strictly no pets. No smoking inside accommodation. No firearms. No chainsaws.
Payment Policy
50% is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 1 week prior to your arrival. This payment will be processed with the card you provided when booking (surcharges apply) 1 week prior to arrival or you can transfer direct into our bank account prior.

Cancellation Policy
As a small family business in a remote area, last minute cancellations mean empty accommodation and little or no chance to fill the cancellation resulting in loss of income.
All cancellations will incur a $50 admin fee. A full refund (minus admin fee) of the deposit will be given if cancelled prior to 1 month before expected arrival. 50% refund will be given on cancellations within 1 month prior to arrival. No refund will be given on cancellations within 1 week (7 days) of expected arrival.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy - If government travel restrictions are enforced your booking will be cancelled and you will be given a credit for a future stay to be used within 2 years.
Postponements are only accepted 1 month or more prior to expected arrival and will incur a $50 admin fee plus any additional rate changes that may occur. Any changes within 30 days will incur the same penalty as the cancellation policy.
