All cottages are fully equipped with full sized oven , microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, auto washing machine, cooking gear, toaster, kettle and everything you need to keep meal time options open. Smart TV and Free Wi Fi.
Harlequin Cottage outdoors have all you need to enjoy some beautiful Lightning Ridge weather with outdoor settings, barbeque, gardens, trees and room for the kids and/or pets to run around, with the large front lawn area at Harlequin cottage always a favourite. Both are fully fenced with ample off street parking. Centrally Located in Lightning Ridge NSW. Pets are welcome at Harlequin and Opal Cottages. Flagstone Cottage is pet free.

Relax in your own shady green garden and enjoy the visiting native birds that drop by for a drink and to forage for a feed amongst the trees, flowers and shrubs. Terms And Conditions
CONDITIONS OF TENANCY
Please read carefully.
Your booking will commence at 2.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and finish at 10.00 am on the day of your departure, unless prior arrangements have been made.
When departing we request the cottage be left tidy. A $500 cleaning fee may apply if your cottage is left in an untidy and particularly dirty state.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE COTTAGES. A $750 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside.
Dogs and pets may be allowed on request at Opal and Harlequin Cottages. Flagstone Cottage is a pet free cottage.
The premises are fully equipped and linen is provided.
Opal Cottage: The number of occupants of the property must not exceed three.
Harlequin Cottage: The number of occupants of the property must not exceed six
Flagstone Cottage: The number of occupants of the property must not exceed eight.
A booking will be confirmed on receipt of payment. If the booking is not paid by the due date your booking may be cancelled without further notice to you.
Full refunds of deposits are possible only with a minimum of Thirty days notice.
Keys can be collected from our store Lost Sea Opals (Cnr Morilla & Onyx Sts) during business hours. If you are arriving after hours, please advise us so that other arrangements can be made. Ph 02 6829 1383 or 0476 272 098
The tenant will be responsible for damage to the premises or loss of or damage to any items in the premises.
Any printed, written or verbal description of the premises by the Management or an employee will be made in good faith. However no responsibility for contested description can be accepted.
Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% of total booking is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is required to be paid on arrival.
Credit Card details are required to secure your booking.
All cancellations within 30 days of arrival date will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds of deposits are possible only with a minimum of Thirty days notice.
