SELF CONTAINED COTTAGES AND APARTMENTS
We have several self contained cottages and apartments in various locations around Fremantle in which all - including families with children are welcome. These properties are fully self contained with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. All have fully functioning kitchens, living rooms with TV and/or sound systems. Linen is supplied. These properties are not serviced but this can be arranged if you require this at a separate cost. The tariff shown covers the use of one bedroom, however if you require the extra bedrooms then an extra payment of $30 per room/per night for the duration of your stay will be charged. This means you only pay for the rooms you will be using.

All cottages and apartments are located within the area 1km from the sparkling Indian Ocean Beaches and within walking distance of Freo's famous cappuccino strip, hotels, restaurants and markets. All are on the bus route or the FREE CAT bus route which runs all day until 6.30 pm and goes to the rail station, city centre, beach and all major tourist attractions around Fremantle.

If you are wanting to go direct to these properties (outside normal office hours) then we will require and email address to send out our conditions form for you to read and sign and return to us before this can be arranged. To facilitate this we will require your email address when you book on line.

If not between these hours please contact our office to arrange bookin. For cycling enthusiasts the bicycle tracks throughout Fremantle, Coogee and Woodman's Point are amongst the best, most picturesque and safest in the State.

I agree that any loss or damage to the property or its contents can be charged against my credit card after inspection of the property after check-out. This extra cleaning caused by smoking in the property while I am there or any phone calls other than local calls or the property not being left in a clean state on vacating. If the property is not left clean a fee of $85 will be charged to cover this. Check in time is 2.00 pm. Check out time is 10am.

All bookings must be paid by credit card when making the booking. Your confirmation will be sent by email once the credit card has been charged. This will be done within 24 hours of receiving your booking. If you are booking out of office hours and arriving immediately, please call our after hours emergency number to arrange key collection.

A non refundable deposit of 100% of the total booking will be applied if you cancel or do not take up the booking this will be deemed a cancellation fee.

A bond will be paid if a current signed form with credit card details is not given. Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. Payment Policy

Payment is taken from the credit card supplied within 24 hours of making the booking.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is made and paid for there is a no cancellation policy. However, you will be able to change a booking without penalty so long as the property is available for the new dates and the booking is made and taken up within 3 months of the original booking. Any changes must be made at least 72 hours before booking is due to be taken up.

If the rates are higher than the original booking then the balance will need to be paid before occupancy. Once the property is occuppied there will be no refund if the guest leaves early.

Book in time is 1400 hours or later, and check out time is 10.00 hours - no exceptions unless arranged and confirmed in writing with the management
