Gariwerd Motel, great and affordable accommodation in the heart of Halls Gaps.
We are fantastically located in Halls Gap - just a short walk to the centre of town, easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Grampians mountains but still surrounded by nature.
The Gariwerd Motel features friendly owners, beautiful surroundings and great wildlife. We also have a guest kitchenette ( a communal kitchen), free BBQ's, DVD's (gold coin donation only!) AND free fires. We have a kiosk that sells wine and beer at reasonable prices.
We also have a great affordable breakfast!
Check us out on TripAdvisor - we are the no 1 hotel in Halls Gap and at the time of writing this we were no 18 in the whole of the Victoria!!

Terms & Conditions
Bookings are considered confirmed when the booking is made.
*STUFF THAT COULD BE IMPORTANT TO YOU...
We now operate with a contactless check-in and check-out. On the morning of your scheduled arrival, we will process payment on the credit card provided. Once this is confirmed, we will send you a text message with your room details, and some other information to help make your stay enjoyable. Reception hours are limited, however we are always available by phone.
If you want a particular bed configuration (ie single beds) please let us know otherwise we guess and sometimes we do get it wrong.
If you have any other wishes (group rooms together) please let us know. We will do our best, but sometimes due to other bookings and limitations of room configurations it's not possible. If its important to you, please let us know as soon as possible.
Check in is from 2pm. Due to the stringent cleaning requirements in the Covid-era, sometimes we may need to push that back a little. We will let you know if this is the case. We will also let you know if it is going to be ready sooner.
Check out is 10am. If you want a late check out, please let us know. If we can accommodate you around our cleaning schedule, we will happily do so.
You must be over 18 to make a booking.
Try not to break anything. We understand that accidents happen, and don't charge replacement fees for small items, but if you throw the TV through the window, you'll have to pay for that. Likewise, if you spill a bit of coffee, no problem, but if you pour a bottle of wine on the bed, we may need to charge an additional cleaning fee.
We want you to have a great time so we ask that you treat all people with respect and kindness as we do you. If your behaviour causes disturbance to other guests we may have to ask you to leave without refund of accommodation price.We don't like doing this, so please be respectful of those around you.
Everything else we can sort out as it arises.

The Gariwerd Motel is the trading name of Full House Ventures Pty Ltd ACN 607 288 442.
Payment in full may be taken on the morning of check in.
Should your credit card decline we will contact you immediately to confirm your card details. Should we be unable to contact you or you do not promptly get back to us we may (at our option) cancel your booking as we take this as confirmation that you no longer want your booking. So please ensure that your contact details are correct when making this booking.
If you want to pay by direct deposit or other means please arrange this with us before hand.

Cancellations within 3 days of your stay will be charged the ffirst night of your stay, including GST.
