Terms & Conditions

Settlement of payments:
Payment is required upfront on or before the day of arrival if customer is not a business with ABN. Personal cheques or deferred payments not accepted.

Check-In:
On day of arrival check-in time is 2pm. Reception is open between 2pm and 6pm. Early check-in is allowed and depends on availability and at the discretion of management staff. Customers may be asked for one form of ID which can be scanned at reception.

Late check-out:
Check out time is 10am. If the customer needs to check out later than check out time an extra fee will apply. For late check out at 12pm ($30) and 2pm ($50).

Damages:
The customer will held responsible for any loss or damages to motel fixtures, fittings or any chattels caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

Management's rights:
It is agreed that the customer will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance within the motel premises. Customers must comply with instructions from management at all times.

Visitors:
No visitors are allowed to the motel rooms that are not included in the reservation as an occupant.

Payment Policy

Individuals:
Payment is required to be settled upfront on or before the day of arrival if customer is not a business with ABN. Personal cheques or deferred payments not accepted.

Business customers:
If there is an outstanding amount on this invoice, please pay the amount within 14 days from the invoice date via bank transfer to the following
bank account: BSB: 014202 Acc No. 226388941 ANZ Bank. Other payment methods accepted: Cash, Telephone payments, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard & AMEX.

Cancellation Policy

If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date then the cancellation fee must be paid by the customer. The cancellation fee also applies if the customer does not show up on the arrival date. The cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount of invoice for accomodation. If the reservation is a multi-room booking where there is more than 1 night, the cancellation fee is one nights accomodation charge per room.
