ACCOMMODATION:

Strictly no smoking
Cottages are dog friendly with private fenced yards; leashes required in all other areas.

CAMPING:
Check-in from 2pm
Check-out by 10am
Instructions for locating your site may be emailed or text messaged. In the absence of instructions, on arrival follow signage to check-in area and phone 0427480057.
Dogs welcome but must be on leash in the grounds and paddocks, unless within a fenced and gated area.

Payment Policy

10% non-refundable deposit processed to confirm booking.
Balance is processed upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

10% deposit non-refundable for cancellations and no shows.

Deposit is fully transferrable for reservation changes up to check-in date.

Deposit may be refunded under extenuating circumstances, at manager's discretion.

Deposit will be fully refunded if cancelled by Glen Derwent or due to Covid 19 restrictions, border closures or natural disaster.
