Terms & Conditions

To maintain a high standard for our guests we require that certain conditions are to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the following conditions do apply;
NON SMOKING - In the event of any physical evidence, or residual odour, which indicates that smoking of any form has taken place inside a guest room, a charge of $250 will be made against the credit card provided to the motel at the time of making the booking and/or at the time of checking in. This charge will cover the cost of steam cleaning the carpet and other soft furnishings, and of laundering all bedding.
PETS - With the exception of Sight and Hearing assistance dogs, all pets are strictly forbidden inside guest rooms. Any guests breaching this rule will face immediate eviction and a $200 cleaning fee for carpet and any soft furnishings effected.
Pets in vehicles may only be permitted by prior specific arrangement. Show dogs will only be permitted by prior specific arrangement. Barking dogs will not be tolerated and will result in guests and their dogs being evicted from the motel, with no refund of monies.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - Any damage to motel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
LOST KEYS - Lost or stolen room keys will incur a $20 replacement fee
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.. Any extra people will be advised to leave
VALUABLES - You agree any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the rooms, grounds or car-park remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping.

Payment Policy

Full payment must be made at the time of check-in.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, Diners) and cash.

On arrival, guests are required to complete and are bound to the terms of the Golfview Motor Inn registration form.

Guests under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years of age.

Check-in is between 1:00pm – 9:30pm. Check-out is by 10:00am at the latest.

Guests are to notify the managers if their arrival and/or departure time is outside the listed hours.

Guests are required to provide a credit card imprint on arrival for incidental charges. Where a credit card is not available a $50.00 cash bond will be required. The length of the guests' stay may vary the amount of cash deposit required.

Valid photo identification must be presented at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy

At the time of making a reservation, all guests will be required to provide a current and valid credit card number to confirm and secure the reservation. In some instances, guests may be asked for a deposit which must be received by the motel not less than one week prior to the day of expected arrival.

A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Any cancellation made after 12pm one day prior to arrival will incur one nights accommodation being charged to the guests credit card, or in the case of deposits received, the deposit monies will be non-refundable. Cancellations on or after 2pm on the day of arrival will result in the full amount of the booking being charged to the guest credit card, or deposits received being non-refundable.
Group bookings have extended cancellation policies which will be specifically advised at the time the booking is confirmed.
