** Service fee $150.00 per booking for 1BR apartments and $250 per booking for 2BR apartments (On top of the room rate) are mandatory*
*Please enquire if dates are unable to book as we might still have availability, response time is usually instant except during 12am-7am*
CONDITIONS
* All apartments are strictly Non-Smoking, No-Pet, No-Party.
Penalty will apply if this is not observed. The Property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room or send guests away from the Property due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe the house rules given by Property, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.
* Long-term rates negotiable.
* Sofa bed $60 per night if required.
* Porta cot available $30.00 per night.
Pre-Arrival Details:
* You will be notified via email with key and access details.
* Apartment number on the invoice can be different to the actual assigned apartment on the check in day. (Unless a specific number was requested and agreed)
* Layout of the unit can be different as it is randomly assigned
