Terms & Conditions

1. Standard check in time is at 2:00 P.M. and check out will be at 12:00 noon.
2. For security and safety, unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight inside the guest room. Visitors are only allowed until 10:00 P.M.
3. Guest shall lock their room door every time they leave and return the room key to the front desk when going out of the resort and checking out. Lost key will be charged.
4. Room amenities such as towels, bed sheets, drinking glasses, cups and saucers, teaspoons, pitcher, kettle, adapter, etc. are intended for use during your stay with us. Lost, broken, or damaged room amenities will be charged to the guests accordingly.
5. As Henna Tattoo is a famous activity in the island, please be mindful as the ink may stain the linens and it will be charged to guest’s account accordingly.
6. All guest rooms are Non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. However, ashtrays are provided in all common areas.
7. Pets and animals of any kind are prohibited.
8. Swimming pool operating hours us from 8:00 am to 10:00 p.m. only.
9. Children under seven years old or less than four feet tall must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times including on the water, on the deck, and in the rest rooms. While in the water parents or guardian must remain with the arm reach of the child.
10. Rooms are quoted per room per night with free breakfast
11. Confirmation of room reservations shall depend on room availability on specified dates.
12. Upon confirmation, all confirmed bookings shall be issued a Statement of Account by the Manila Sales and Reservations Office detailing the charges that are inclusive in the booking.
13. All bookings should be finalized not later than 12:00 noon of the option date given; otherwise said bookings will automatically be released/ cancelled.
14. The Front Desk shall collect a service voucher provided by the Manila Sales and Reservations Office / Tour Operator or Travel Agent upon check-in. This voucher shall contain all tour inclusions including the amenities extended as resort services.
15. Children 8 years below sharing beds with parents shall be Free of Charge.
16. All rates are subject to change without prior notice

Payment Policy

Rooms will be assigned upon check in.

Full payment shall be collected upon confirmation of booking.

Cancellation Policy


1. 60 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the total amount.
2. 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged 100% of the total amount.
3. No show will be charged 100% of the total amount,

1. All finalized booking are considered guaranteed and confirmed and no cancellation or amendment is allowed. NO REFUND.

1. In cases of cancellation due to forced majeure, for purposes of the rules, shall mean act of god, calamities, actual disaster and other reasons beyond the control of diligence of the reserving party, the guest will therefore submit a Cancellation Letter or Notification specifying the reason and should be faxed or emailed to Grand Boracay Resort for Validation.
