Grange on Farrelly Margaret River Motel is a 3.5 star, 29 room property situated in a quiet location only 4 minutes’ walk from Margaret River town centre. Facilities include spacious gardens with a half court tennis court and outdoor swimming pool. 1. ACCEPTANCE & RESPONSIBILITY.
• Successfully completing a booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. CHECK-IN/OUT
• Check-in time is between 2pm & 6pm on the arrival date & check-out time is no later than 10am on departure date.
• After hours arrivals are subject to prior arrangement. If you wish to request an after hours check-in please contact us on +61 8 9757 3177.
• Late departure is subject to prior arrangement & availability. Extra charges may apply.
3. PAYMENT
• Low-mid season: Payment must be received in full at the latest the night of arrival.
• Peak season (December - January), special event weekends, long weekends & Easter: Valid credit card details must be provided to Management at the time of booking. Full payment of your entire stay will be charged 48 hours prior to check-in & is non-refundable.
• Payments of the amount due must be received in Australian $ net of any bank or other transaction charges.
• We accept payment by the following methods: Cash, Visa or MasterCard.
4. CANCELLATION OR VARIATION
• If you wish to vary or cancel your booking, please contact us immediately on +61 8 9757 3177.
• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival will not incur a fee.
• ‘No-shows’ or cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival may incur a charge up to or equal to the cost of your total stay. Cancellation fees will be charged at the discretion of Management.
5. SECURITY BOND
• Low-mid season: Valid credit card details must be provided to Management at the time of booking as a form of security.
• Peak season (December - January), special event weekends, long weekends & Easter: Valid credit card details must be provided to Management at the time of booking. Full payment of your entire stay will be charged within 48 hours of check-in & is non-refundable.
• In the instance that the credit card is flagged as invalid for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient funds, expired card, fraudulent or missing information, we will attempt to contact you to provide updated details within 24 hours. If valid credit card details are not provided within 24 hours, the Property reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately.
• Any damage loss or expense incurred by Management as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against the credit card. Examples include, but are not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests or visitors beyond those declared.
6. UNAVAILABILITY
• If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. fire, storm, damage etc.) then Management will inform you immediately & endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy; failing which any monies paid will be refunded in full.
7. PARTIES & FUNCTIONS
• Parties & functions are strictly prohibited.
• Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination & eviction without refund & extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear & tear, repairs etc.
8. VISITORS
• Only the guests nominated & agreed in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If any other guests stay extra charges may apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund.
• Registered guests may invite a maximum of 2 visitors per room onto the premises at any one time. Visitors are not permitted to access or use the pool, barbeque or tennis court.
• Visitors are not permitted on the premises between 10pm to 7am & all visitors must comply with all applicable House Rules & all instructions from Management & the caretakers of the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety & quiet enjoyment of the property & our neighbours.
• The registered guests of each room have sole responsibility for any damage, loss or costs caused by or arising from their visitors whilst on the premises.
9. LINEN & TOWELS
• We supply linen, pillows, blankets & towels which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Any pool towels supplied must be left in your room on departure or returned to reception.
10. PETS
• Pets are not allowed at the property.
11. EMAIL CONSENT
• By providing an email address you give consent to receive emails from Management including, but not limited to promotions, surveys, post departure & pre arrival email messages. Should you wish to have your email address removed from our mailing list, please advise Management or email us requesting to opt out.
12. LONG STAYS
• You must make your room available for a full service every 3 days. Including but not limited to, towel change, linen change & rubbish removal.
• The maximum stay is 14 nights.
13. SCHOOL LEAVERS
• We do not accept ‘Schoolies/Leavers’ bookings.
• We do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual ‘Schoolies’ Period.
• In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort & convenience of our guests during this period.
• For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the annual ‘Schoolies/Leavers’ period.
• All guests & visitors of guests during this period must be over the age of 21. Identification will be required from each traveller upon arrival. **Exception is for children travelling & staying with their parent or guardian.
• If on check-in persons travelling are found to be participating in the School Leavers Event your booking will be cancelled & cancellation fees may apply.
14. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• You must comply with all applicable House Rules & all instructions from Management & the caretakers of the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety & quiet enjoyment of the property & our neighbours.
• You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft & loss of the property & any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management's discretion)
• You are responsible for the safekeeping of your property. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any cash, jewellery or other valuables reported as being missing or stolen unless recorded as being placed with reception for safekeeping.
• Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited & may result in termination & eviction without refund & extra charges may be made for security & other expenses.
• All furniture & furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived
• The property should be vacated on time & secured. All windows & doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to Management or as otherwise directed.
• You are responsible for the safekeeping & replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys will be provided at an additional charge of $70 per key.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. The designated smoking area is in the front courtyard where ashtrays are provided. Please smoke outside in the designated area if you wish to smoke.
15. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
• In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly & efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.
We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property.
