Valley View Apartment epitomises great architectural design by making the most of the breathtaking landscape and creating a sustainable, eco-friendly building. This beautiful apartment is cleverly designed with room for up to six guests, and an additional five when connected with the adjoining Walkers Lodge. This comfortably creates one large holiday apartment suitable for up to 11 guests, perfect for large families or groups.

The large, open dining and lounge area is cozy and inviting with tv and home theatre and gas log fire. The huge kitchen is fully equipped, setting the stage for some epic holiday gourmet cooking!

These amazingly light living rooms look on to the heritage-listed Aire Valley, renowned for its beauty and tranquility. The valley is dotted with grazing animals, windmills and pristine water which gives Glenaire its name. A lovely change from the city's busy lifestyle!

The Walkers Lodge is designed to offer more affordable holiday accommodation for walkers on the Great Ocean Walk, or singles travelling the Great Ocean Road.

This fresh holiday apartment offers a well-equipped kitchenette, lounge and dining area.

An external staircase leads up to a large area offering 3 single beds, one queen bed and a bathroom. The kitchen and lounge are downstairs.

Terms & Conditions

Rates are for two people per night. Additional charges apply for more than two guests. Please ensure you include all guests in your booking, failure to do so may void your booking. Additional nights booked after two nights are discounted by 50% except school holidays and public holidays. This discount will come into effect before your credit card is charged. An invoice will be emailed to you to confirm the discounted rate.

Arrival and check-in is after 3pm. Departure and check-out is strictly by 10am.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment in full is processed 14 DAYS in advance for all bookings.

Minimum booking requirements apply to school holidays and long weekends.

A 50% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled bookings.

Great Ocean Walk Retreat is strictly a non-smoking property. A fee of up to $250 applies to smoking inside. This charge covers the costs associated with removing the cigarette smoke.

Great Ocean Walk Retreat is authorised to deduct an amount from your credit card to cover the cost of additional/excess cleaning, damages, repairs, replacement of goods, late departures or any other breaches of these terms and conditions. This includes leaving unwashed dishes and smoking inside. Accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy manner removing all rubbish, bottles, food and personal items. If the BBQ is used, it must be cleaned.

Any additional fees will be charged to guests’ credit card upon their departure.

PLEASE NOTE: Small pets will be considered for bookings in Riverside Apartment ONLY on a case-by-case basis. Dogs are not accepted during peak season bookings such as Christmas, Easter and other long weekends. A $35 surcharge will apply to bookings accepted with a dog.

A cancellation fee of 100% of total price applies 30 days prior to Christmas/January & Easter/April school holidays and to public holiday weekends.

Payment Policy

A 50% refund is available on cancelled bookings except for bookings over Easter and Christmas/January holidays.
